2nd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Very bad service, lost tens thousands on tenant who did not pay them the rent, they did nothing had to chase constantly, very poor service by the male owner, not professional at all, they did not serve documents on bad tenants, lack of knowledge and would never use them or trust them. Had to get legal on them to gt anything. Aggressive owner and unprofessional disgusting behaviour.

14th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)It was Signature Watford I dealt with. They were helpful, kept one fully informed and up to date. I dealt with Peter Heath most of the time - he was courteous at all times with a quiet caring manner. I would recommend him to anyone. Someone who you could trust 100%.
15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Having witnessed the practises at Lambert Smith Hampton - I can truly say they are unprofessional. During one public auction, they had people call in to artificially increase prices by bidding on the phone. They are not to be trusted.

21st Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)Ruth is a rare find - an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful and all round good estate agent. Although I decided to postpone my sale for a while, Ruth found me prospective buyers straight away. When I am ready to go I will be calling Ruth straight away!
6th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)Excellent service. We decided to take our property offline for personal reasons but while Ryan and his team were marketing our flat we received excellent service. They are a hard working, efficient and driven team. I never had to follow up with them, they provided us continual feedback and kept us appraised of any market updates. If you’re tired of dealing with young/inexperienced estate agents from big companies then I would recommend giving these guys a shot!
22nd Feb 2026 (18 days ago)Disappointing experience but possibly explained by the fact that we are located between two branches of Castles rather than being mainstream. We are now using a local mainstream agent and getting a much stronger response and positive leads.

17th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)We changed to Kingsley Estates after our original sale fell through. Jack from Kingsley Estates is a real breath of fresh air. He organised an open house for potential purchasers within days of instruction and generated loads of interest. He kept us informed every step of the way and provided us with valuable advice and guidance when we needed it. He is also very competitively priced, so we save money too! We are now looking to exchange contracts within the next week and are looking forward to moving into our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Jack & Kingsley Estates if you are looking to sell your house.
