16th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)The buyer knew she was the only person to put an offer in so our position for negotiation was shot. We were encouraged to take an offer we weren't comfortable taking and despite us insisting it go back on the market, no effort was made to follow our instructions.

I'm really impressed with Danni who has kept on top of chasing progress and communications with all parties and keeping me updated and informed. Estate Agents are not cheap but I feel this service has been great value for money from marketing, to sale, to getting it finalised asap.
11th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)This agency is a joke. I caught the agent in our backgarden when he gave no notice. We were petrified and as single women it was a truely frightening experience. Stay away from them if possible. Truly awful

27th Feb 2026 (13 days ago)Very disappointed. My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident. Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. I cannot open the barrier, so I can’t even receive deliveries to my flat. Very poor communication and no real solutions. Yevhen, 19 Pinnacle House

25th Feb 2026 (15 days ago)What stands out for me with Foxtons was the ongoing support to ensure as smooth as sale as possible. Foxtons Hemel sold my parents home (marketing, viewing, feedback, all excellent service), however the star had to be Jack (based at Watford) who managed the process once the offer had been secured. Jack kept everyone up to date, and given the totally unforseen circumstances we found ourselves in, still held the chain together. Happy to say completed today. Recommend Foxtons if you are selling in the Watford / Kings Langley / Hemel area
