21st May 2024 (2 years ago)UPTO NOW EVERYTHING HAS BEEN VERY EFFICIENT VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL TO DEAL WITH STAFF IN OFFICE . BUSINESS AS YET NOT FULLY COMPLETED.
17th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Beware when your purchaser takes out a mortgage through your estate agent Would like to give zero but not allowed . In my opinion Ashbourne Bagshaws Residential protected a so called ‘hot buyer ‘ to the detriment of my sale. Helen (manager) lied to my face and said sale was going well . All the while she knew the so called ‘buyer’ had no mortgage or buildings regulations for a conversion ie not proceedable . Nor even had they 5 weeks later carried out the security checks for conveyance . I lost property after property . This is now a law suit and far from me being a tricky vendor the purchaser were not proceedable at that time. Over 4 months later l withdrew as still no Exchange . Connells the owner of Bagshaws Residential were willing to completely forget their duty to me in favour of this so called hot buyer . They were happy to let this go on month after month until the purchaser was able to proceed. In my opinion it is dishonest to favour a buyer because they were purchasing their mortgage through Connells .
6th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)The sale of Whirlow House was the sale of my family home of 48 years after the death of my second parent. We’d moved in, from another house in Kirby Muxloe, when I was 7 years old. Although I had moved out many years previously, the processing and clearing out of the house was a hugely emotional- not to mention physical- ordeal. I really needed an estate agent who ‘got it’ and got what it meant to me. Alex Broadley, who I did not previously know but I had seen flyers/cards for, was one of several estate agents I considered for the selling of Whirlow. It had to be Alex- he presented well and additionally, being Kirby Muxloe born and bred himself, he had unbeatable interest in the history and selling of the houses in this village especially, and crucially, he ‘got’ me. And Whirlow. And he had an accurate eye for potential buyer interest. He was also very astute and considered in dealing with my many queries. Alex made a hideous situational sale manageable and bearable and I cannot overstate the importance of that to me.- 4th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have found our Agent Miranda Menzies to be very helpful, hard working, professional and feel we would not have sold our property if it was not for her. Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

The team have always been friendly, professional, and easy to contact whenever I've needed help or advice.<br>Any maintenance issues have been dealt with promptly, and communication throughout my tenancy has been clear and helpful. They've made the renting process straightforward and stress-free, which I really appreciate.<br>I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property, and I'd like to thank the team for their support during my tenancy.

25th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)Roger was very fair and reasonable to deal with, was considerate to our wishes and did not pressure us at any stage of the process. The only slightly disappointing aspect of the marketing was the photos, as we thought some were a bit too bright.

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!
