7th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Before check out of a rental property, Belvoir said the living room needed repainting & the house should be professionally cleaned. I done both of these things & then after check out, they tried to charge nearly £2,000 for the whole house to be repainted. I negotiated for them to lower it to the deposit amount which they agreed as it was around £1,100. Shortly after I had mail go to my old address so I went to collect it. The new tenant confirmed the house had not been repainted.

Green's were far better in this respect and generally responded to our messages promptly, with just the odd lapse. The whole process was quite easy, from our initial approach to the marketing and the actual sale.

With me in transition between two countries and not always having every document to hand, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful in finding solutions. She never made me feel a nuisance for being a "little more complicated", just patiently worked through every question with me, replying to emails promptly and meeting me at the flat twice without hesitation. I honestly couldn't have asked for better support. Thank you Herdip!!

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.
31st Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Was with JM for 3 years . In my time with them they Have proven to be incompetent. No inventory just have poorly taken pictures. Switched tenant without my consent and they new tenants destroyed my house. No accountability.

1st Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)We had planned to stay at one of their properties however it was trashed when we arrived, had drugs on the side and have had 0 help from the company. Ignoring messages and no reply since. When we initially got there the fob to access the building wasn't in the lockbox and no one replied to our calls our messages. Terrible experience and somehow even worse customer service.

Sophie went above and beyond to negotiate the best terms for me and all parties including landlord were happy to exchange. I was also in contact with Joe who assisted with all my enquiries. Very seamless experience that only took 3 weeks from the first viewing.
26th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Very impressed the the weekend and bank holiday that was in place. Viewing on Saturday pre BH Monday left me thinking I would hear nothing else until the Tuesday. How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????

17th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

One of the biggest obstacles to completion on a property deal, once you're inside one, is ongoing communication (between vendor, buyer and solicitors), and Belvoir are on that.<br><br>Liam Hack was on our case, knowing exactly what to say, when to chase, when to hold, how to reassure, and how to flag. This shaved weeks off what otherwise could have been far more complex and difficult, had we relied solely on the solicitors.<br><br>They did an absolutely exceptional job; it's refreshing to see that level of professionalism."
