The whole team were very helpful and enthusiastic, especially the branch manager who you could tell had a wealth of experience, and really made me feel more comfortable. They sold my house in just over a week of it going on the market. Every member of the team that I spoke to was so friendly and efficient. Really appreciate all their help.
15th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)We have just ended our tenancy in Castle Donington to buy our own home.<br>We have had great service from Cottons, and the landlord was excellent. The house was pristine (the way we returned it too) , he was very responsive to any of the minor repairs that needed to be complete during our tenancy, I'd highly rate 72 Station Road, if you are thinking of renting it!<br>We dealt with Charlotte for the check out inspection and she was very helpful, arrived from Birmingham on time and was bubbly and enthusiastic.<br><br>thanks all.

Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.

We had a rocky sale but Emma has pushed and pushed to get things completed for us. Would 100% recommend, very friendly, very customer focused.

17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
