As first time buyers she made the mortgage application feel effortless, finding us the best rate available and managing to fit an appointment in very last minute to help secure it. I'm glad I used this service and will be making use of it after the fixed term on my mortgage is up as I know she will once again find us the best rate :)

The whole Preferential team have been fantastic but specially Emma K since I dealt with her from day one till the end of the tenancy, she is brilliant. to be fair they always fixed any fault in the property pretty quickly so thanks to Victoria for this. I did not deal much with the director Simon but he did some adjustments to my contract to be able to give the month notice from the day I exchanged contracts of the property I purchased so thanks for this. From our side we have kept the property always clean and taken care of it as if it was ours. I recommend Preferential.
9th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)We had a bad experience with this company for Liasoning between the house owner and tenants. There seems to be a biased opinion and didn't support tenants for genuine tenancy issues. Completely inexperienced staff to deal with.

Double thumbs up and I’d like to think that with the way Ryan has dealt with me in that time that the other members of staff would also be at the same level, however I choose to stick with Ryan and deal with him directly.

She has been fantastic, professional, responsive, full of advice and help even though she wasn’t representing our property. What is already a stressful process, was made easier with her just knowing the right people to help, and to guide the communications process with our vendors. Cant recommend Julie high enough.

Choosing a estate agents to sell your home and putting all your trust into them is one thing, 5 weeks into a agreed sale to then be told there not even sure the buyers have even got a mortgage in principle, Chris the sales guy was trying to purchase some of the land attached to the property and trying to dictate sales to suit the purchase of the land is very unprofessional, we then decided we wanted to change estate agents due to the unprofessionalism and Chris decided to call up the new estate agents and try to sabotage the new listing, we then had a viewing on the property via the new estate agents and the potential buyer called chosen by mistake Chris was not finished he started slating the property and tried his best to put them off, we are extremely Disappointed with this type of behaviour and unprofessionalism, shocking to think your trusting these people to sell your home .- 8th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)It was a pleasure to deal with Katie, Paula and rest of the team Walmley office. Only bought a small flat but I was treated with great care. Highly recommend!!!
