Ranjit, in particular, was very professional and I was happy to be advised by him. Kavita in the office was pleasant and always answered the 'phone.

They have very smoothly helped us find buyers whenever a property became vacant and we needed to put them on the market, or have helped us do the necessary renovations and upgrades to attract good tenants. It is a pleasure to deal with every department in the company as they are so knowledgeable, give sound advice and tell it how it is - which makes decision-making so much easier. It is rare to find a company where you can build a deep relationship and earn trust. They were brilliant from the start, communication was amazing, the staff in particular Amelia and Allisia always updated myself regularly and was contacting the solicitors on my behalf. They were very friendly and professional as if nothing was ever too much trouble.<br>They were available for viewings when requested.<br>The sold sign was removed within a few days of moving into our new home<br>Thank you.

Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????

18th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)I genuinely don't believe our house sale would have happened without Mike and the EweMove team.<br><br>From the very beginning, the level of care, attention and sheer effort he put into our sale was exceptional. Selling a house can be incredibly stressful and ours certainly had its challenges along the way, but Mike was there through every single one of them and kept us informed, chased when things needed chasing, reassured us when things felt uncertain and, most importantly, always did everything he could to keep the sale moving forward. Mike was there in the moments we needed him most and we're so grateful for his kindness and the weight he took off our shoulders.<br><br>What really sets Mike apart is how much he genuinely cares. His passion for what he does is obvious, and the service we received felt completely personal from beginning to end. We never felt like just another property on a list or another commission to be earned. He knew our sale and understood what mattered to us and prospective buyers. Mike's advice is always second to none!<br><br>Mike is honestly miles apart from any other estate agent we've ever dealt with. 14th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I would not recommend Oakmans based on my experience.<br><br>I moved out of my property on 28 August 2026 and completed the checkout process properly. I handed my keys back in person at around 9am, the keys were scanned and photographed, and I signed the handover confirmation. I also completed and personally handed in the Deposit Release & Outgoing Services form on the same day.<br><br>Oakmans subsequently confirmed to me in writing that “the handover has been completed.”<br><br>My tenancy deposit is £1,125, and I have still received no clear update about when it will be returned. I have contacted them by email but have not received a response from the deposit team. When I called the office, I was told that deposit matters could not be discussed over the phone.<br><br>What is particularly frustrating is that I have followed the procedures Oakmans themselves provided, yet I am being left without any information about my money.<br><br>The new tenants have already moved into the property, so I expected the checkout and deposit process to be dealt with promptly.<br><br>Very poor communication and customer service. I simply want a clear explanation of the status of my £1,125 deposit and when it will be returned.<br><br>I would strongly recommend keeping written records of everything if you are renting through Oakmans.
