6th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Overall I was satisfied with the service as Henley Charles sold my property relatively quickly. I was less impressed with the initial valuation which I felt was inflated. The property eventually sold for £30k less than the valuation they provided. Communication on the whole was good when I could get through to them but there were times when the phone just rang out. I feel a dedicated receptionist would be helpful to alleviate these issues. The team members were all personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend Henley Charles to others as their fees are reasonable and the after sales process was very good indeed.

30th Sep 2026 (30 days ago)We contacted this agency about a property around two weeks ago. They asked us for a lot of personal and financial information in order to arrange a viewing. We provided everything they requested, but unfortunately, nobody came back to us.<br>I also tried contacting them a couple of times afterwards, but there was no answer and no one returned our calls. The communication has been very poor, and the whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing.<br>We expected a more professional and reliable service. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.

28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)From the outset James listened carefully to the information about the house and his approach throughout the process of the sale was very professional and enthusiastic.<br>Ably assisted by the staff the process of selling the house was as straightforward as possible.<br>Every viewing was fully reported and the comments from the viewings were carefully fed back to us.<br>Our dealings have been mainly with Mel, Jacob, Daisy and Rob all of whom have been great to do business with.

The whole team were professional, helpful and responsive throughout the process.<br><br>When an issue arose, it was dealt with straight away, which gave us real confidence and peace of mind. Communication was excellent and nothing seemed too much trouble.<br><br>A big thank you to everyone at Acres for making what can often be a stressful process run so smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

24th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)This had been a difficult situation for the family, selling our mother and father’s family home and clearing the house.<br>Greens have been extremely helpful and successful for selling the property as it had taken over a year with this government and properties moving slowly. We did have it advertised with another company without and viewing. We moved to Greens and within 3 day started getting a steady flow of viewings each week and then the sale.<br>All the staff were very good about managing the viewings and advised us at every opportunity once feedback was received.<br>Thank you guys and all your staff that have been involved with this difficult process for our family.<br>Kindest regards Lee and family

When my boiler stopped working and when one of my taps failed they immediately sorted it. Those things are really important to me. Like really important. After six years of renting the landlord decided to sell his property. It’s only been through their support and flexibility that has enabled me to find a new home so quickly. Their staff are amazing and actually treat me like a human being and not just a tenant x

We sold both our properties with him and he was friendly and progressional from the off, throughout both sales he really went the extra mile, always only a message away, would chase various solicitors when asked and progress always seemed to be made when Alex chased. He was excellent and we would recommend him to anyone.

They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.
