A very professional service from the start . I’ve had at least 25 years in the property development / rentals business and I would throughly recommend the outstanding service I have received from this particular branch and management ( Jessica in particular ) . I’m that confident in there service , I’m shortly about to advertise yet another 2 properties for rental. Many thanks and keep up the good work.

Where do I begin, when I used Dixons in 2014, they were wonderful, great service, returned calls and responded to emails bring back the old team!!!. Today its a different story, just moved out of a property and checkout done all ok, landlord happy, submit details to agent for refund of deposit, NO Response, chase for two days No Response, in the end I had to go into branch and speak with the person involved who turns out is a Manager (Jessica). I am then advised my money will be with me in working days, surprise surprise nothing in account, send email and Jessica on holiday, call agent and speak to Harry who advises me it hasn't even been processed! Told me to email Maria Sawyer (another Manager) who doesn't respond to my email so I have to call again, to be then told that it wont be processed for a few days as she is busy, I may see my money in another week!! Asked for details for complaints and told she cant get them to me till tomorrow. Shocking service, can take the money in seconds but will not make it easy to return it back, staff lie about what's been done and others just think that because they have the word 'Manager' in their title means they do not need to respond to emails. I wonder if anyone higher up actually cares!!!
