From the start, Lauren was so easy to communicate with, kept us updated throughout and kept the process moving with solicitors. I honestly don’t think we would have moved when we did without Lauren’s help and support and we are so grateful. Thank you Lauren!
29th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Totally professionals and a caring team .<br>we have moved to Llandudno from Tamworth last Friday 4 months after we should have moved ( 1st time buyer walked away ) .Big thanks to Jodie for badgering and keeping all parties on their toes as there were times we wondered if it was going to happen. Suddenly everything clicked into place and with Sally helping Jodie we finally have made it 500yds from West Shore with beach views.<br>Thank you again from the heart of our bottom ????????????.if your every over this way ....bring your bucket and spade ....we would love to see you ????????????

4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Dixons is definitely a capable estate agent with good expertise in this field.<br><br>To be honest, my initial experience with Dixons wasn’t very impressive. I had more or less given up and was simply waiting for my fixed-term contract to expire so that I could appoint another agent. Looking back, I think it may have been more down to how my sale was being managed at the time, as I didn’t feel that my expectations and concerns were fully understood.<br><br>Coincidentally, I spoke to Sarah Blair about my experience and how dissatisfied I was. She was genuinely surprised and very keen to put things right for me. She made a very valid point that she didn’t know I was unhappy, and if I didn’t raise my concerns, how would they know?<br><br>Once Sarah took over responsibility for my sale, she really made an effort to turn things around. She looked at everything, from the pricing to the listing, and within just a few days we had received three offers. She went the extra mile to maximise the offers and achieve the best possible result for me.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, Sarah kept me constantly informed, which was important to me. She discussed everything with me, gave me good advice and was always very helpful, professional and approachable, and she always returned my call quickly.<br><br>Although I definitely feel I started off on the wrong foot with Dixons, my experience changed completely once I raised my concerns and Sarah became involved. Not only were they amazingly attentive when I sold my house but the team who manage my rental property are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and it really doesn’t feel like I’m a landlord because they resolve every issue, from checking potential renters to arranging workmen to fix niggles in the property. Gemma and Lauren are amazing.

3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)A property was listed for rent on the morning of Tuesday 01/09/2026.<br><br>We rang the same morning as soon as senate opened to book a viewing and was told that we were the first to enquire and they would be in touch tomorrow (02/09/2026) as they had only just listed it and that the lady who will be managing the viewings for it is off today.<br><br>Didn’t receive any calls or anything the next day (02/09/2026) as advised, so following day decided to call on the morning (03/09/2026) and said to them we havent been contacted.<br><br>Different lady answered from the initial call, assume this is the lady who is managing the viewings, told us it was fully booked out for viewings and that it was tough luck. She had a terrible attitude towards us on the phone about it too, as though we were making it up!<br><br>Crazy! Absolutely disgusting! We were first in on that listing. We think it’s because we told them we have a young child on the initial call. They can’t discriminate so they accidentally forget you. Don’t use this company, will be looking into further options of complaint with official bodies with how this was handled also.<br><br>Addition to this review -<br><br>What’s even funnier now is that this property is today 03/09/2026 showing as let agreed now.<br><br>Though the supposed viewings that were fully booked are supposed to take place on Saturday 05/09/2026.<br><br>So how is let agreed? How have the relevant checks been made with the tenants of whom it is agreed with in less than one day from listing, and without even doing a viewing yet either?<br><br>Screenshots and timestamps all taken, can’t wait to to take these questionable practices to the ombudsman.
