2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.

Having dealt with commercial estate agents in the past I have never had any sound advice….my opinions have now changed. Thanks again Martin and team. I will definitely be recommending yourself. 4th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Avoid! They are so ignorant it's unbelievable. Their tenant is constantly smoking cannabis and it's coming into my house. I have two children and they can't even use our garden anymore because of the smell. My son has asthma and has to use his pump a lot more since they moved in. I don't see why I have to put up with it, none of their team would

What you see is what you get with them old school but with modern touches. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
