Eight weeks into the buying process and days from finalising the mortgage application, I was gazumped by another buyer. Throughout this time this agency continued to run viewings on the property when I had been told my offer had been accepted it was off the market. I spend significant time and money moving to get the purchase finalised but the seller/ estate agents decide to gazump me. Very unprofessional service and I would definitely avoid them if you can and go somewhere that sticks to agreed purchase deals.... Read more

Communication has been terrible.One of the people at Purple Bricks resigned and we never got told and so some communication was never answered.Also communication within the app was non existent.Messages were not answered.Also people who were vowing the property were not told that the property was taken off the market and they did not cancel the viewing appointment....
