25th May 2023 (10 mo. ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

Shari lead our process and was fundamental in making the process as smooth as possible, even when changes occurred or plans changed. Shari worked with both sell & buy side solicitors to speed up the process and make sure everyone was happy.
14th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Their knowledge of the local area and their marketing was very good. The housing market softened in Northallerton softened which was out of their control but they continued to work with us and we are currently sold STC. Overall Youngs RPS have provide excellent service.

We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

We were buying from overseas, and his support in virtual viewings and addressing programme and technical issues, was invaluable. We are extremely happy with our new house and remain on good terms with the Vendors, who have also been very helpful with the transition of ownership.
5th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)We dealt with Richard Towler in respect of the purchase of our property in North Yorkshire. There were significant complications in the purchase which resulted from problems with our sale but Richard was able, through his patient and attentive approach, to keep everyone motivated to conclude the transaction. Whilst he didn't deal with our sale we would certainly use him in the future should we ever decide to sell our property. Although acting for the seller he made sure that we were kept informed about the latest position and was courteous and professional in all of his dealings with us without being intrusive.

Rachel Martin is my contact and the service I receive from her is first class. Nothing is too much trouble nd whatever task I ask her to deal with, the attention to detail and quickness of response is excellent. Before retirement I was responsible for the training & personnel arrangements of 2,300 staff, so I know what I am talking about. Rachel Martin has the ability to ensure prospective clients, whether buying or selling, are 'put at ease' and quickly realise that they are going to receive excellent service. She is a valuable asset to Bridgfords, and not someone who could be easily replaced. Well worth ensuring her career path is positive, not only for her benefit but also that of Bridgfords.

Made everything easy & stress free. The valuation was the better price and the property was let within 1 week. The marketing showcased our property in the best possible way and all viewings were carried out in a professional and friendly manner. There was great communication both before and after any viewings which meant that a buyer was found very quickly.
