Especially impressed by the quality of the viewings where are assigned viewing agent knew our property in and out, and was able to guage interest extremely effecitvely

1st Aug 2026 (2 days ago)Really happy with the service offered by Lauren at Robin Jessop, Bedale. Everything went seamlessly. Sold within a couple of weeks following Lauren’s advice. June, also deserves a special mention, she was always lovely, friendly and helpful. Thank you both very much for your help in selling our property. Would definitely recommend.
23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Landlord came to the property with a guy to measure the windows let himself in the garden and stood there watching me through the patio doors which scared me to death. After about 10 mins he introduced himself and was laughing at me for being so scared. He then said “oh I thought you would be at work” so if I had been at work he would have let himself in. The boiler broke in Nov and we were left without heating and hot water for 10 days with a small child as the landlord didn’t trust the engineer that Carla sent out on the same day. Unscrupulous landlord tried to take all the deposit even though the house was cleaner than when we moved in.

Their approach to selling our home was a breath of fresh air and completely changed our expectations of what an estate agent should be.<br><br>From our very first meeting, Laura took the time to explain how we could present our home to achieve the best possible price and attract the right buyers. Her advice was practical, honest and incredibly valuable, and the marketing they created was unlike anything we’d seen before. It really showcased our home and generated fantastic interest.<br><br>One of the things we appreciated most was the communication. The WhatsApp updates were brilliant – after every viewing we received prompt feedback, knew exactly what buyers thought, and were kept fully informed of any interest or offers. We always felt involved and never had to chase for updates.<br><br>The team also took care of every viewing from start to finish, which made the whole process so much easier and far less disruptive. Knowing our home was being professionally presented every time gave us real confidence.<br><br>Moving house is never completely stress-free, but Laura and her team somehow managed to make us feel calm, reassured and in control throughout. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

He was incredibly professional and thorough, taking the time to review everything carefully and making sure that nothing was overlooked. At the same time, he was warm, friendly and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience feel very personal and reassuring.<br><br>The customer service from both Tony and the office team was exceptional. Tony was incredibly dedicated and responsive, and even went out of his way to follow up our requests in his own time. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>It is rare these days to come across such a combination of professionalism, warmth, kindness and a genuine willingness to go above and beyond. We are extremely grateful to Tony and the whole team and honestly feel indebted to them for everything they did.<br><br>A truly excellent experience. I cannot recommend Susan Eve Estate Agents highly enough.<br>This was a challenging, non-straightforward sale as the property had fell into disrepair and was being sold by two estranged, separate Executors.<br>Right from the beginning when Rachael came to value the house, I could see her passion for the job, knowledge of the area and commitment to achieve a sale.<br>When a buyer was found after a short period of time, the whole team worked together putting my interests to the forefront. Communication with them was excellent and replies to queries always speedy. No matter who you spoke to they were all updated and on the same page. They dealt with sensitive issues with upmost diplomacy and professionalism.<br>They have worked miracles and managed to sell a property I thought would 'never sell in a million years' and achieved a good price. Thank you team!
