Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

From communication to advice, they are above and beyond expectations, a thoroughly sound service indeed, nothing plastic here at all, the premiership of estate agency.

Response from agent : "I am unaware if you currently live at the property or not. We have no involvement with the property and have not since July 2025. In this circumstance we are unable to provide a reference"

The viewing for a 1?bedroom flat in Elephant & Castle was arranged the same day, quickly and efficiently, and the property matched all my expectations. The agent was exceptionally professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything felt very well organised, which made the whole process easy and stress?free.

From listing, to arranging viewings, to getting offers, to finally completing, communication was excellent. Viewings and key handover were completed by the team. Tony, Anna, Annie, Karen and Demi were all extremely professional and we are so grateful for all of your support.
7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We tried to buy a commercial site next to our factory in Bishop Auckland, some dodgy dealing and back handers with Chris Farlow must have happened as we offered £750K which was turned down and the site sold for 695K. the purchaser and ourself were in the same position (cash buyers) apparently the previous owner wanted someone who could rent the site...??? We had no other option to rent it and signed a lease for 10years but to this day it baffles me why an agent would sell for less and not try to get the best price for their clients? Can you smell a rat??? Carver will carve your selling price!! do not use them

Joanna has been so incredibly helpful, supportive and professional throughout the process. I am extremely impressed with the service, in a world where so many companies really fall short in this area, Jorys estates are one of the few who go the extra mile and will do anything to help their customers.
