25th May 2023 (3 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

Her communication was consistently excellent, keeping us fully informed at every stage of the process and responding promptly to any questions or issues from either side. She regularly liaised with our purchasers and went above and beyond, even stepping in to assist while colleagues were on holiday when we were looking to purchase another of Jessop’s properties. Her professionalism, dedication, and proactive approach truly sets her apart. I would highly recommend her.

Their approach to selling our home was a breath of fresh air and completely changed our expectations of what an estate agent should be.<br><br>From our very first meeting, Laura took the time to explain how we could present our home to achieve the best possible price and attract the right buyers. Her advice was practical, honest and incredibly valuable, and the marketing they created was unlike anything we’d seen before. It really showcased our home and generated fantastic interest.<br><br>One of the things we appreciated most was the communication. The WhatsApp updates were brilliant – after every viewing we received prompt feedback, knew exactly what buyers thought, and were kept fully informed of any interest or offers. We always felt involved and never had to chase for updates.<br><br>The team also took care of every viewing from start to finish, which made the whole process so much easier and far less disruptive. 17th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)We were very happy with the services provided by McMahon & Partners. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

He was incredibly professional and thorough, taking the time to review everything carefully and making sure that nothing was overlooked. At the same time, he was warm, friendly and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience feel very personal and reassuring.<br><br>The customer service from both Tony and the office team was exceptional. Tony was incredibly dedicated and responsive, and even went out of his way to follow up our requests in his own time. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>It is rare these days to come across such a combination of professionalism, warmth, kindness and a genuine willingness to go above and beyond. We are extremely grateful to Tony and the whole team and honestly feel indebted to them for everything they did.<br><br>A truly excellent experience. We could not have asked for more and cannot recommend Anthony Jones Estate Agents highly enough!

They helped me sell my home and purchase my new one, making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>The communication was excellent throughout, and I was always kept updated. The team were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to keep everything moving.<br><br>From the marketing of my home to the sales progression and purchase of my new property, the service was outstanding from start to finish. A genuine five-star experience!
17th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Joanna has been so incredibly helpful, supportive and professional throughout the process. I am extremely impressed with the service, in a world where so many companies really fall short in this area, Jorys estates are one of the few who go the extra mile and will do anything to help their customers. They’ve made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and easy. I’d highly recommend working with them!
