25th May 2023 (3 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Great service from Robin Jessop Ltd. A special mention to Lauren in Bedale who was superb. It was a difficult sale as our associated house purchase was a little fraught. Thank you to everyone involved.<br>Jessops are not the cheapest agents, but you get what you pay for. And as I have had experience of four different local estate agents in the last three years, I would still go for Jessops in the future if we needed to.<br>Thank you to all involved

20th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)Had our viewing cancelled at very short notice. We travelled from Weston Super Mare, we waited at the property as we did not know the viewing had been cancelled. Finally gave up and drove all the way back home only to find a message on our answerphone to say the viewing had been cancelled. Waste of time.
23rd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Landlord came to the property with a guy to measure the windows let himself in the garden and stood there watching me through the patio doors which scared me to death. After about 10 mins he introduced himself and was laughing at me for being so scared. He then said “oh I thought you would be at work” so if I had been at work he would have let himself in. The boiler broke in Nov and we were left without heating and hot water for 10 days with a small child as the landlord didn’t trust the engineer that Carla sent out on the same day. Unscrupulous landlord tried to take all the deposit even though the house was cleaner than when we moved in.

We originally used Love property as a letting agent (above comments). They now acted for us in a sale. Their professionalism and dedication continued. Thoroughly recommend.

17th May 2026 (17 weeks ago)We were very happy with the services provided by McMahon & Partners. As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.
