25th May 2023 (3 years ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

He went the extra mile and got involved with collecting / handing over keys, taking meter readings and even suggesting local contractors for maintenance (we were a long distant owner). He found a buyer and it all ran very smoothly. Highly recommended!

23rd Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Landlord came to the property with a guy to measure the windows let himself in the garden and stood there watching me through the patio doors which scared me to death. After about 10 mins he introduced himself and was laughing at me for being so scared. He then said “oh I thought you would be at work” so if I had been at work he would have let himself in. The boiler broke in Nov and we were left without heating and hot water for 10 days with a small child as the landlord didn’t trust the engineer that Carla sent out on the same day. Unscrupulous landlord tried to take all the deposit even though the house was cleaner than when we moved in.

The team was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout, with excellent communication and attention to detail. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, making the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommended!
20th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Marketing was terrible. Shouldn’t be using an iPhone for marketing photos. Spelling mistakes in brochure. Didn’t understand local market and knowledge of the town. Angle of photographs poor. In description mentioned village setting in a market town. Giving me statistics suggesting they had sent 105 emails to various clients, when it turned out to be the same clients they were emailing every 2-3 weeks. Very poor agents. Don’t recommend.

As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.
20th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Professional<br>I recently purchased a property through carter jonas and dealt primarily with Tony write, from the initial first conversation Tony was extremely helpful dealing with a property that wasn’t always completely straightforward but he was so professional and knowledgeable about the property and the issues regarding the purchase.<br>Tony was on hand throughout the process supporting us with solicitor questions and keeping us updated throughout, which made such a difference to us as buyers.<br>Thank you Tony you did a fantastic job.
