13th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Buyers of properties should beware of Clarke Munro Middlesbrough Branch. This is a terrible estate agent with whom I regret buying a property with a sitting tenant through them. They provided incomplete and falsified information about this sitting tenant prior to the conclusion of my purchase of the property. After the exchange of contracts, it turned out that the tenant owed 5 months' rent and had also prevented my agents from gaining access to the property. I'm currently in the process of evicting the tenant from the property, which has resulted in huge financial costs and uncertainty for me.

Response from agent : "I am unaware if you currently live at the property or not. We have no involvement with the property and have not since July 2025. In this circumstance we are unable to provide a reference"

25th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Having a house with langdales estate and letting has been a nightmare of my life not only did they promise me things that never went through they made me pay for rat infestation problems never sent no one out for fixtures and when they did it was bodge jobs everywhere absolutely disgusting. Ceiling was falling through lucky it never while I was there after I reported it constantly which I have proof for. Had to watch my home turn worse beach’s I refused to have to do everything with estate agents who were ignorant untill paying rent

From listing, to arranging viewings, to getting offers, to finally completing, communication was excellent. Viewings and key handover were completed by the team. Tony, Anna, Annie, Karen and Demi were all extremely professional and we are so grateful for all of your support.

20th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
1st Apr 2026 (23 days ago)Moov’d recently sold our apartment for us and we couldn’t believe how easy and stress free the whole process was. This was because from the initial inquiry to the final phone call informing us that the sale money was heading to our bank account, everything was handled by Grant and his team. Initially Grant visited us to take photos of the apartment, we agreed a sale price, he then produced the description of our apartment for the advertisement, arranged viewings and gave us feedback from prospective buyers and then when the sale was agreed we filled in a few forms and the money was in our bank! It was a pleasure to work with Grant and his team and we would highly recommend Moov’d to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks to all.
