31st Mar 2026 (27 days ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.

Director Mehul Devani is a business owner who repeatedly breaks the rules, commits fraudulent acts & exploits tenants and business owners for greed. This individual destroys life's & business in his pursuit to make a profit. This landlord leaves vulnerable people in squalid, unsafe properties! He fails to return security deposits, BEWARE & uses the County Court system to enforce judgements drafted to take advantage of tenants & the public. Mel owns various companies & I've read desperate reviews against each business left by members of the public reporting him him & his SHOCKING practises acting as landlord & director of CQC Social Care Services. Please use the internet to do your research before dealing with this company that will destroy peoples life's for profit.
23rd Sep 2019 (6 years ago)Harry helped us sell above our expected sales expectation and kept us updated during the listings. Was a pleasure to list with them and worth the slightly higher listing commission than some other cheaper agents that may not have had the same results. Will use again.

10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Ahsan from Hunters has been managing our property for some time now and We have to say that he has been very professional and very responsive in his approach to working with us and dealing with any issues as they arise; both helpful and problem solving.
25th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

Their willingness to listen to my specific needs and preferences was evident, as they consistently provided options that aligned perfectly with what I was looking for. The fact that they go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are satisfied even after the rental agreement has been signed sets you apart in the real estate industry. However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far

14th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)The most shocking thing they did was entering my flat 3 times without a previouse arrangement or any notice. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them
