I dealt with Waseem from the very first appointment, and he was extremely professional, helpful, and efficient throughout the entire process.<br><br>Everything was handled so quickly that the move into the apartment was completed within just a few days. I cannot thank Waseem enough for his honesty, professionalism, and outstanding support.<br><br>When we reported an emergency issue, Waseem was absolutely amazing. He acted on it immediately and showed genuine compassion and understanding towards the situation, which was especially important as my father is elderly.<br><br>His quick response, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference during a stressful time. 16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)I had a great experience with Victorstone in Shoreditch. My flat was empty with another agent for weeks. I then instructed Victorstone and they rented my flat to 4 professionals within a couple of days. Really impressed with their conduct.
23rd Sep 2019 (7 years ago)Harry helped us sell above our expected sales expectation and kept us updated during the listings. Was a pleasure to list with them and worth the slightly higher listing commission than some other cheaper agents that may not have had the same results. Will use again.

9th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)Terrible communication and zero response for 2 months I have been asking the lettings team for two months regarding a broken door closer at my property, and I have been completely ignored. Agents have a legal responsibility to maintain property fixtures, but this agency completely ghosts tenants once they've moved in. If you are looking for a reliable managing agent that actually responds to repair requests, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointing customer service.
23rd Sep 2022 (4 years ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
