21st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)The agents are dealing with a slow market for small flats in E14 so we are being patient. However, we wish they would answer emails consistently and be rather more proactive with marketing.
5th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I was very happy with Churchill Estates. They were responsive and helped with all aspects of the sale. They were very supportive at all stages. I would definitely use them again.
19th May 2021 (5 years ago)Rented a flat with them for 3 years. Very reactive when there is an issue, sending professionals to fix it within hours. No issue with getting back our deposit. Very transparent and honest, not like most letting agencies in London. I recommend.
5th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Kassim Shaikh, one of the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with in my life, takes advantage of private and confidential deals within retail properties, using clients against each over to gain more commission. I recommend not using the company.

4th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.
8th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday! The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.

28th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Appalling ‘service’. Called FIVE times about a flat to rent in Shoteditch and they never called back. Last time I called the man was shouting down the phone. If you’re a landlord don’t list with them bc they don’t bother following up on tenants. Shoddy and unprofessional

11th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Hub of Homes located in Barking is very reassuring snd welcoming place for local and not local residents worried about housing cost???????????? rent and money stress From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calm and non-jadgmental There is NOT RUSH People are working there are such professionals and very understandable and listen first before offering practical guidance ????????????????????????? They help with things like checking you receive all the benefits you are entitled to ,sorting rent related worries ????????? Explaining debt options and pointing you toward local warm place I am leaving there and feel very safe and comfortable Any issues with household i just sent a message and everything solved I am very lucky that I finally find accommodation like i am leaving ????????????????????????????????????

18th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
