22nd Sep 2024 (2 years ago)We chose Gillespie Macandrew because we wanted the whole selling process (including the calculation of capital gains tax) to be under one roof. Gillespie Macandrew more than lived up to our expectations. The marketing, conveyancing and capital gains processes were all sequentially and logically implemented and there was always someone on hand to answer our questions. The stress involved in selling a property was greatly reduced, the sale went smoothly and efficiently, and we received a price well above the valuation.
24th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Lesley-Anne is fabulous! Her local knowledge is spot on, and she seems genuinely interested in your property - it's not just about a quick sale. Everything has been seamless - the photography is wonderful, the client portal is easy to navigate, and really helpful, and the service is excellent value for money. Regardless of whether you're selling a one-bed flat, or a ten-bed mansion, you'll get the same level of attention. Absolutely faultless service, and I'd 100% recommend Pacitti Jones.
11th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.
12th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Very good and efficient service from start to finish. Excellent communication with friendly and knowledgeable professional people.

17th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)On 16.july.25 we had an appointment with Anisah Aziz. She may have been a trainee, but this young lady was 100% professional. Clearly explained to older family members what was going on. Can't fault her in any way. Sure she have an amazing career. Thankyou happy client..png)
1st Dec 2022 (3 years ago)Alice Luxmoore-Styles made what was a difficult and protracted sale process bearable. She was thoughtful and professional throughout, and her communication was excellent. We’re most grateful to both Alice and to her colleague Tim Wenning in the Chichester office.
4th May 2024 (2 years ago)There were a couple of issues with the advert however once I highlighted them to Rettie they were quickly resolved.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
