Everything was handled with the utmost efficiency, getting established was incredibly simple and friendly professionalism was maintained throughout the hasty process. I have experience with letting agents across the UK and in France and can say that this was the least stressful relocation experience I have undertaken in the past 20 years. From the very first contact, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They guided us through every step of the process with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. Their communication was excellent — we were kept informed at every stage, and no question ever felt too small. They clearly know the local market inside out and gave us fantastic advice that helped us achieve a great result in a short space of time. What really stood out was how personable and proactive the team were — they truly went above and beyond. You feel like you’re dealing with real people who genuinely want the best for you, not just ticking boxes. 8th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Smooth and easy renting experience!<br><br>I recently rented a property through Your Move Falkirk, and the whole process was the easiest experience I've ever had!<br><br>Danni was great, and was super professional and kind from the get go, and made the whole process very convenient and straightforward. Any and all questions were answered promptly, and it made my move straightforward and completely stress-free.<br><br>The team also very kindly arranged a key drop off on the weekend, and it was such a pleasure to meet Michelle, another fantastic member of the team!<br><br>Super happy with the customer service and team, would highly recommend!

24th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)I have dealt with this solicitor and property agents since 1985. They are the most professional, thorough and efficient company that i have ever had dealings with in my whole life. I have bought and sold 7 properties for myself, 1 property for my mother and 1 property for my son. The property front office run by Carolyn McLaughlin and her colleagues always marketed my properties extremely well which in turn led to most of them being sold in under a month. In relation to my solicitor Mr David Vause, he is the ultimate professional in his field. David was always able to resolve any issues quickly and move transactions forward . I was able to converse with him over the phone or by email when i needed to. On the 22nd of October i popped in to the office to pick up deeds wills and other business letters to pass on to a new solicitor in Ellon. Envelope with these documents were left at reception for me to pick up and sign for. However David came down and we had a long chat about our interactions over last 40 years. What an absolute gentleman and ultimate professional.
3rd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)(While the company did finally provide compensation, it's important to note that I still experienced a significant opportunity cost as a result of their actions.) It has undeniably been the most regrettable experience of my lifetime, dealing with a solicitor team that exhibited a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, I placed my trust in them based on their positive Google reviews, which now appear to be misleading and have led to significant frustration and inconvenience on my part. The solicitor in question was Shari, who astonishingly took a full year to complete the anti-money laundering check, despite my having submitted all required documents promptly. To compound matters, she repeatedly requested the same information, leading to redundant submissions. Regrettably, she ceased all communication, failing to respond to both my emails and those from the seller's side. My attempts to reach her went unanswered for two months until she seemingly disappeared without a trace. I was dismayed to find myself in such a predicament. In desperation, I enlisted the assistance of the estate agent, who contacted Joni, the National Head of Conveyancing. However, this interaction proved to be equally disheartening, as Joni not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also declined to provide any insight into the unilateral breach of contract, responding in a profane manner. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. As a result of their inefficiency, my funds remained in limbo within my bank account, as I had initially believed they could promptly resolve their business matters. Consequently, I have incurred substantial financial losses due to the failure of Simpson & Marwick to deliver on their commitments.
27th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much

Having always lived in England, we were daunted by the thought of a very different property market in Scotland but we were helped on every step of the way. Claire C was our initial contact and was so patient and supportive, explaining the system and nothing was too much trouble. Once we found a property to buy, Claire S was our solicitor. Again, she was patient, understanding and so helpful as well as being efficient, timely and diligent with all the legal work. She kept us well informed and involved at every step. We also had a lot of help and support from Suzie and Sheila, plus other members of the team. We are very grateful to them all and highly recommend Neilsons.

Having been so impressed with the sale of my first property, I had no hesitation in asking them to handle the sale of a second—and they certainly didn't disappoint.<br><br>Their friendly, personal approach and excellent local knowledge made the whole process straightforward from start to finish. Communication was always prompt and clear, and I always felt they had my best interests at heart. Most impressively, they found a buyer for my second property within just two weeks of it going on the market.<br><br>It's refreshing to deal with an independent estate agent that genuinely cares about its clients and provides such a high level of service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Truscott Properties to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They have now delivered excellent results for me twice within a year, and I would happily use them again in the future.

As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.

She has been so helpful, supportive and always kept us updated throughout everything. We have just had our offer accepted on our first home and she has been fantastic throughout the whole process. 17th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Supported from start to finish. I would highly recommend Karen if you are looking to buy and/or sell properties.<br>Karen has great knowledge of many local areas and committed to the process till the point properties are concluded and keys are handed to new owners, and if needed beyond this point too. While selling can be a stressful experience Karen remained a constant professional but friendly calmness providing helpful advice and knowledge.
