Their communication was excellent — we were kept informed at every stage, and no question ever felt too small. What really stood out was how personable and proactive the team were — they truly went above and beyond. Communication throughout the process was excellent and once we accepted the offer on our house the legal team at Thorntons were equally exceptional. Our solicitor was always on hand to answer our questions and provide us with best advice. Thank you for taking the stress out of selling a house!
