19th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Really poor experience of being a buyer through Remax, the house purchased was not as described or accurate according to Home Report. On entry to our home, no message to wish us all the best, no hot water, all the heating needing changed and based on the description was disgraceful. We asked questions at the viewing and told all was working and there hadn't been a leak which there had and now having to pay £10k on heating which was reflected as a '1' on the home report. TBH I don't think they asked the sellers any real questions and just marketed, took the money and moved on.
19th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Excellent service from start to finish from Stella and Iain. Even the viewers complement them on their friendly, professional service.
Highly recommend.
Elaine ??????
29th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Staff are super friendly, very knowledgeable and keep you informed every step of your house sale
7th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)First class service in all aspects of my experience with Scottish Property Centre...Donald Brown
28th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)I sold my home through Countrywide at Clarkston, and have to say that the whole process was as easy and painless as it could be. A very professional and pro-active service which made a stressful time much easier - thank you!
14th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Got my mortgage renewed by Robyn and she was a dream! She was able to get me a great deal and was extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back.- 27th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)We found Residence at all levels to be very professional, knowledgeable and their communication was excellent.
19th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)We have been Corum customers for a number of years (this is our third sale and purchase with them) but the first time dealing with this branch. The service we received was everything we have come to expect from Corum and more.

Transactions these days seem to be much more stressful than we have experienced before and this sale/purchase in particular was up and down for months. Nicola and the team were exceptional and got us where we needed to be, whilst keeping things as calm and seemless as possible.

We would not hesitate in recommending Corum and we really would like to make a special mention about Nicola who was absolutely wonderful!
11th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Don’t understand the criteria of application. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.
7th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Abode made selling our home really easy, we had an offer through within a fortnight.
5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.
6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.
Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.

The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.

After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.
After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.

Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.
1st Oct 2026 (29 days ago)I cannot praise the staff at Rettie, Newton Mearns enough for their support and advice in selling our home. When my husband and I embarked upon this journey, we could not have anticipated the bumps along the way. The experience of Alison and Daniel has really helped us to get to where we are today. Daniel has literally gone above and beyond. We never doubted that he was as invested as us. No request has ever been too great. The professional yet personal approach has made a massive difference during a time of much uncertainty. We cannot recommend them highly enough or thank them enough for their service.
5th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.
13th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Acceptable experience
30th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Penny was fantastic from start to finish. She kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, explained everything clearly, and handled all of our viewings. She was always friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. We really appreciated her support and would highly recommend her. ??????
4th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)It is 39 years since we bought or sold a property. The information and support we received from Mark and his team, was superb. The communication of viewings was excellent, we had 44 viewings in a week and Melissa kept us informed at all stages.
Buchanan Burton Solicitors and Estate Agents - East Kilbride

9th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Dealt with Dianne - Buchannan Burton’s Estate Agent. When visiting our house for a valuation, all measures were taken to comply with COVID-19 instructions. We were given great advice and could not be happier with the service and with the communication from the staff as a whole. Dealt with Sandra Burton (solicitor) and the transaction for the house sale went through without any hitches. Would highly recommend dealing with them for your house sale from start to finish. Thank you everyone for the great service.
7th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)LLEA went above and beyond and made selling our home a very straightforward and easy process! From my 1st call to the office with Alison who was so helpful and accommodating, to Kevin coming to my house to give me a valuation and talk through the Ts ans Cs, Yvonne and Rio coming out a few days later and getting our property on all social media platforms and finally Lynn who not only put a shift in showing around 15 potential buyers in one night round my house but regularly keeping me updated on offers etc which resulted in me getting a fantastic price for my home! Thank you so much to each and everyone of you. ?????? I would highly recommend Lanarkshire law to anyone looking to buy or sell their home as it is in the best hands! Oh and the app they have is absolutely brilliant and I have to say I am going to miss checking it for updates on viewings and offers! ??????
27th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)We worked with Alison for the purchase of our first property, steps were explained clearly and everything was straightforward. It completely removed the stress with deciding which lenders to consider ourselves and made the application process so easy.

Couldn’t be more thankful for the service.
27th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Margaret is marvellous. She is friendly,professional & efficient.
One of my tenants is problematic but Margaret takes it in her stride. i am so happy that i engaged Arrowhead. Gold star service- 17th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Very good
20th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)We used Cruive in Strathaven to sell our family home. Having not done this for very long time it was great to have knowledgeable people to keep us right. Judith and her team are very friendly and knowledgeable about selling our property. They kept us right along this path and we got the value, Judith predicted right at the very start.
From the initial meeting at Cruive to surveying the house to organising home report and advertising to conducting all the viewings and closing the deal out. Keeping us in the loop every step of the way and not an issue if we just dropped in to ask what we thought may have been a silly question.
I would strongly recommend them if you need a property sold. They go above and beyond and do what they say they are going to do.
31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Ronald Ross Estate Agents highly enough. From start to finish, the service was excellent, and a special thank you to Robert, who made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier.

Robert was always friendly, professional and approachable. No question was ever too silly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was supportive throughout, kept me informed every step of the way, and genuinely cared about making the whole experience as smooth as possible.

What really stood out was the personal service. I never felt like just another client, and there was none of the pompous attitude you can sometimes encounter. Instead, I was treated with kindness, respect and honesty throughout.

I’m extremely happy with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ronald Ross Estate Agents to anyone looking for a professional yet genuinely caring team. Thank you, Robert, and everyone at Ronald Ross!
