She did the full job of getting our mortgage in place within a week where first mortgages in Glasgow wouldn't even reply to an email for 6 months. I'd highly recommend the mortgage advice service at Allen and Harris Paisley.

From our very first viewing to completion, Gil was consistently welcoming, patient, and incredibly supportive. She always gave us a listening ear, answered every question with care, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Her professionalism was matched by her kindness, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. 24th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Excellent service throughout, from initial contact to discuss prospects, possible prices and costs, through to finalising the sale of the house. Friendly and professional at every stage with absolutely no pressure applied. Sales materials, from really well-wriiten text to superb videos, including drone footage of the property and surrounds, were outstanding. Good at helping manage the sale, discussing useful changes and following up and reporting back prospective buyer interests and dislikes. I can't imagine the process being handled better. A big thanks to the area director Allan and manager, Seona.
2nd May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Through the recommendation of a friend we contacted David Muir Estates to organise the sale of our house in Balloch. From the start the process was really professional and very soon we had exceptional video and photo presentations that demonstrated our property to our great satisfaction. The subsequent quick sale and the ease of contact for updates in the ensuing formalities was excellent. No hesitation in highly recommending their services.

Daar waar de meeste makelaars en notarissen in Schotland er een eeuwigheid over doen om de papieren en stukken op orde te krijgen, zijn Stuart en zijn team voortvarend te werk gegaan. Van het regelen van een tuinman tot aannemer, loodgieter en glaszetter, Stuart regelde alles snel en vakkundig via zijn netwerk en tegen heel concurrerende prijzen. Ook de communicatie via whatsapp was erg fijn. Goed om continu updates te ontvangen. Ik zou niemand anders dan Stuart kunnen aanbevelen voor de verkoop of aankoop van jouw woning in de regio van Dumbarton. They found excellent, high-quality tenants within days of listing and handled all the paperwork seamlessly.<br>?Their communication is brilliant, and they keep me updated on everything without me ever having to chase them. I have complete peace of mind knowing my property is in their hands. Five stars! I am so happy with the service i have received from Victoria and staff.

17th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

She did an amazing job selling our property and made what was a very stressful time so much easier to manage.<br><br>From the very beginning, Joanne was approachable, relatable and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us. Unlike some estate agents, she never made us feel like just another client. She has fantastic people skills, was always easy to contact, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br>Joanne went above and beyond to make sure our property was presented in the best possible way and did everything she could to position it for a successful sale.
