22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I dealt largely with Nick Plumb in the Newmarket Office. The property had already proven difficult to sell when I approached Nick. David Burr found a buyer and Nick helped the negotiations and then pushed everything through, with considerable and constant input and effort on his part, for the duration of the process. He communicated well, and importantly, very regularly, not only with me but with the buyers and both solicitors, in order to keep the deal moving. I really appreciated his expertise but most of all his ongoing attention and communication, which were well beyond expectations.- 9th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Still to exchange so early days.

He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

He has conducted two viewings with us + also went back to take some photos that were required by the surveyor. Very accommodating and a credit to the team.
