Peter is a good communicator which helps to keep the sales process moving along. Peter keeps me informed of new properties coming to the market that may suit my clients. I have done a number of deals with Peter in the last couple of years and my clients have all been happy with the properties and the process. He has a thorough knowledge of the area and the market enabling me to have confidence in the properties that he offers me so that I do not waste mine or my clients time. Tommy’s appraisal was a great first impression, and there was a clear distinction between their service and others we’d invited to appraise. They gave us actionable advice to prepare us for market and give us the best chance. This followed through to those in the office, who cared and knew about our sale in detail and gave us reassurance we were going to be well looked after. Thank you to Clare in particular. Andy conducted most of our viewings and was knowledgeable, and positive and we knew had provided an excellent experience for potential buyers, based on feedback. Finally, Will was invaluable in aftercare and kept us in the loop without chasing, a pleasure to deal with. An exemplary service from all and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.
18th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)I can’t say anything more than terrible. I’ve had no viewings in 15 weeks, no communication from Connells except when I emailed or phoned them first. I don’t think they had any strategy for selling my property but I wouldn’t know because they didn’t communicate. The photos and advertising online were alright but that’s about it. I’m now in the process of changing estate agents to one recommended by a friend and they already seem to know more.
3rd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Selling my house with another agency. Today get a call from Abbotts, asking me "how it's going." I enquire if I'm with them, and they admit that they know that I am not. They give the name of the agency I am with. I then ask them not to call again. The salesman ignores this and is still talking as I end the call. Yuk.

Our Purchaser was also extremely happy with them too, and said they wished their own agent had been as helpful and efficient. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the sales team and Purbecks.
21st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I work on French carriage clocks and have bought many over the years for restoration. I just won one at LSK auctions. I do have to say that their level of service was impeccable. The clock was exactly as stated on the requested condition report. It was packed by LSK and sent using their courier service - APS. The packaging was excellent. LSK's staff were very professional and friendly. The clock was delivered within 5 days of me winning it and at a very fair courier price of £20.00. I just wish all auction houses were as responsive and professional as this one. I most certainly recommend them from my experience - thank you to all at LSK.- 23rd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Huge thank you to both Peter and Samantha for being absolute angels during the most stressful move ever! They were beyond understanding and accommodating when things went wrong multiple times and didn't end up getting to view the place before moving in, but I really felt like their work ensured that I wasn't getting any less in terms of service. Thank you especially to Samantha who was so kind and waited for me to get my cat up to Colchester by train after my movers let me down twice. She is such a kind, lovely person to have been in contact with for this, and I wish her all the best!

They belittled me for not using their preferred conveyancers. They made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. Avoid.

This day obviously convenient for them to stack viewings on the same day and create a pressure bidding war enviroment for potential purchasers. Having no part of it.
