From start to finish, they went above and beyond to keep everything on track.Whenever obstacles arose, they stepped in with professionalism, expert advice, and immense patience. Their communication was flawless, and they kept me calm and informed throughout the entire roller-coaster ride. Selling a house is stressful at the best of times, but Jon and Sophie made a complicated situation manageable. The lettings team have been very helpful throughout the whole process and have made everything feel straightforward and easy to understand. They guide you through each step, keep things clear and are always happy to answer any questions.<br><br>A special mention to Makena, Matt and Ollie, who have all been really helpful and made the process so much easier. Moving can be stressful, but having a team that is supportive, approachable and willing to help makes a real difference.<br><br>I would definitely recommend William H Brown to anyone looking to rent a property. Thank you to the lettings team for all your help!

What started as a comparatively straightforward transaction, became very protracted for various unrelated reasons. Darcy, our agent, was extremely attentive and went out of her way to keep us fully informed about the good and, sometimes bad, news and updates. The branch manager, Brady, supported Darcy along the way and she in turn had to deliver occasional bits of 'bad' news of events down the chain. Hayden completed the team looking after us and all-in-all it was a group which we could trust, had our best interests at the forefront of events. Thank you all for getting us through the sale and another special mention to Darcy for being so thoughtful.

We instantly fell in love with the house and she helped us through the whole process where we’re now lucky enough to call it our home. She couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and passionate about her job and ensuring everything went smoothly for both sellers and buyers. 18th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Oliver Johnson & the team at Clarke & Simpson have been outstanding. Having sold land & property through them I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're very well established in the area, they have the contacts and they know their customers. Oliver Johnson is a great agent, he's very proactive and spotted a Land Registry issue that could have caused problems but he suggested a solution which enabled us to quickly resolve and complete the sale. He's an expert problem solver, maintaining a great relationship with buyer, seller and solicitors. I rarely write reviews but for Oliver & the Clarke & Simpson team I'm very pleased to say they are highly recommended.

But then I saw a listing on this site, and the same day I called I was offered a viewing..little did I know I was finally done house hunting..I met with Nicole for the house viewing very lovely lady..she then put me over to Lois foster who make sure everything went smoothly for me. Its my first time doing this she sat with me and go through the process answered all my questions and update me with every steps. All I did was read and sign..it was no hassle no stress and no worries. And to top it off...my welcome home box with the goodies when I went to collect my keys..chef ?????? ??????..top teir encounter..thanks Lois am now settling well and enjoying home my space.

16th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Hizzy were recommended to my sister back in 2022 as a safe pair of hands in Hadleigh and having dealt with another high profile estate agent in the high street (and being highly sceptical about their over-inflated prices and service on another project) I was very happy to stick with the recommendation and I'm very pleased I did.<br><br>With my mother's health declining I first met Lee in summer 2023 to discuss options on selling her house but for one reason or another the house stayed in her ownership until she died later that year. The estate stayed untouched for nearly 2 years but in January this year (2026) I re-established contact and finally met Ross.<br><br>I've bought and sold a fair few properties and am on high alert for Estate agent fluff BUT I was very reassured about his and Lee's response times, flexibility and no-nonsense straight talking. I liked both of them immediately.<br><br>We both knew the market conditions with high interest rates and a general lack of market confidence that the asking price had taken a dive from our first discussions in 2023 and that the sales market was slow but we pushed on with prepping the house to sell and market in March 2026.<br><br>For a modest little house in a quiet year we got plenty of footfall at the house, a handful of offers as well which faltered because of the buyers circumstances but finally we found the right buyer. Legals took a wee bit longer than I would have expected but everyone at Hizzy were really excellent at updating me about updates and news at every turn, whether good or adverse.<br><br>In short I have no hesitation in recommending HIZZY as a very safe pair of hands for a house sale. 'Estate agents' and 'honest' are not always words seen in the same sentence but happily I can say without contradiction they are both. I think they are very experienced and know their stuff and really can't be faulted. I also liked the fact that their premises are tucked away in a modest smart trading estate so they aren't wasting unnecessary money on presentation and high street business rates. As I said above it is all no-nonsense and quietly slick and I can see why they have sold so many houses in Hadleigh and their reputation is growing all the time.<br><br>We completed this morning on my Mum's house and I am very grateful to them for their guidance and support throughout this spring and summer.

15th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie .<br>Unfortunately he moved branches .<br>Un experienced agents doing the viewings .<br>Boards going up , boards going down !<br>Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .<br>Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .<br>Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .<br>Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !

She kept me up to date and was very accommodating when I asked for any additional information.<br><br>Although there were several delays with the buyers side on my previous property, Krishnaa remained calm and professional and even passed on my apologies to the vendor as I was very conscious my side was holding up the completion.<br><br>We got there finally and I am very happy in my new home and would recommend Krishnaa and the team at Sell My Home for sure, thank you all
