14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

She was amazing from day one, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reachable. We got to this company by reading reviews online, and we were so lucky to find her. We took a gamble as we were moving from England to Inverness and we didn't know anything about Scottish laws or purchasing process, but she made it so easy for us: she explain everything, had our backs when needed, had advice. I really felt she cared, and she was in the process with us all the way. She made us trust the company she works for, to go there for any legal services in the future. Thank you again Laura! What a pleasure to work with you. You raised the standards of service we want to receive in the future.

26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
18th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)We had a very good experience with highland residential. Very good with the communication with our buyers. We were very happy with the service they provided. The two people that handled our sale were excellent, unfortunately they did leave just before our sale was due to complete and so did our buyers, so in the end not entirely happy.
1st Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Recently sold our family home through Middleton Ross and they provided us with excellent support and advice throughout the whole process. Using their new 360 virtual tour of the property defiantly enhanced the interest during the advertising stage. Excellent communication and proactive approach through the sale and purchase conveyance process. Highly recommend and would use again in the future.

We had a buyer in no time and are all settled into our new home… Would definitely recommend Peter Murphy & co to anyone looking for an estate agent.
