20th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

However, after letting Andrew know what we were looking for he very quickly sent us details for a property which we promptly viewed. This is now our home. We’ve had prompt and helpful service from all of the team at Your Move Inverness and we have them to thank for making the purchase of our home as quick and easy as possible

15th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)In some of the more difficult times of life … I found Harper MacLeod an excellent solicitors firm to work with me. Grant Hassan was particularly helpful & found him to be very calm, effective, efficient & empathetic in a very emotive situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service for other legal matters in the future.

2nd Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Thank you for belated Like their co-conspirators Munro & Noble letting agents & solicitors from whom I have since belatedly acquired a written apology, 15 05 18. ASJ were the instigators & hence responsible for rendering me homeless 01 01 18. Disgraceful as are business reviews. Rendering tennents homeless, thru no fault of their own, has, since tgis debacle, been made illegal, in Scotland. (Lamentably. Not as yet in England & Wales...Ulster. I know not?
18th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)We had a very good experience with highland residential. Very good with the communication with our buyers. We were very happy with the service they provided. The two people that handled our sale were excellent, unfortunately they did leave just before our sale was due to complete and so did our buyers, so in the end not entirely happy.
