23rd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Our dad had used Middleton Ross for his will a number of years ago, always believing in the value of working with people invested in the local community. On dads passing, from the initial discussions and guidance, through to the selling and settling of his estate, Middleton Ross were exceptional in their care and approach. The staff were great to deal with and always provided clear and honest answers to any of our requests, putting us in contact with the right person straight away. It really took the sting out of sorting everything out, having a dedicated team around us who got to know our needs and keep us right through the whole process.

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

James was dealing with our house sale and was very approachable and available for all our queries throughout the process. We could speak to him out of the usual office house which was particularly helpful. Everyone I spoke to within the team were very professional and helpful and had excellent communication. It felt like a smooth process from the get go and we felt we were kept in the loop throughout the house sale journey. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future. Thank you.
