Not a run of the mill sale, a few quirks, but the staff made big efforts to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. Always on hand to answer queries or find answers. ( I had a few). Always patient. Always professional but most of all welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them. Thank you Baird Lumsden and all of your staff.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)If you would like your property grossly under valued with a poor sale's team. Or even a valuation that isn't worth the paper it's written on. I highly recommend using DM hall. Disastrous experience in both selling and valuing 2 seperate property's.

James was dealing with our house sale and was very approachable and available for all our queries throughout the process. We could speak to him out of the usual office house which was particularly helpful. Everyone I spoke to within the team were very professional and helpful and had excellent communication. Their local market knowledge was evident, and they provided a realistic valuation backed up by data. The quality of the marketing and photography was outstanding and definitely helped attract a high volume of buyers.
