Being in the market for a while Iv dealt with many estate agents who keep all cards close to their chest and don’t really bother building a relationship with serious buyers. Nari was different he build a good relationship with me as a buyer and at the same time had the sellers interests first. He managed to balance the situation well. A very transparent estate agent no games nothing. Straight up good man. Would highly recommended.

So we were very pleased to place the sale of our property in the hands of the staff there. They were extremely efficient and couldn't be more helpful with any issues that arose during the process. Communications, a critical issue for those coping with the stress of selling or buying properties, was outstanding at all times. 27th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)"Appalling experience - Extreme professional negligence, arrogance, and harassment"<br>I highly recommend avoiding this firm. After the completion of my property sale, the paralegal, Ceitidh Bryden, demonstrated absolute arrogance and a shocking lack of professional ethics. Her communication was completely unacceptable, to the point where she even resorted to shouting at me over the phone.<br>Despite a formal agreement via email for a £200 price deduction regarding house preparation (which was successfully applied to the final settlement), this firm failed to properly update the final missives due to sheer laziness. Worse still, after the funds were legally settled and under my control, she sided with the buyer to launch an aggressive psychological intimidation campaign. They forwarded threatening emails in red text and unlawfully demanded my personal overseas address without any legal basis, strictly violating data protection principles and professional boundaries. Pure malpractice, uneducated behaviour, and zero integrity. Avoid at all costs."<br><br>Alex

7th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I just wanted to say, very early stages, but I just phoned to enquire about a property and the lady I spoke with was so knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. I have had disappointing experiences with Taylor and Henderson, who were borderline rude and genuinely seemed to have no interest in selling the properties or any information at all. I was actually dreading calling another estate agent and I was so pleasantly surprised by how good Coast were.

Communication was always clear, and any questions I had were answered promptly. They made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible, and I always felt confident that everything was being handled efficiently. 25th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)The agent was excellent in all aspects , it was a sale with some technical hitches which neither the estate agent, lawyer or ourselves could have predicted - the first agreed buyer pulled out of sale just a few days before exchange of contract - this caused extra expensive and acceptance a much reduced offer Disappointed by first buyer

I moved to them after a really difficult experience with two larger letting companies, and the difference has been night and day.<br><br>I’ve dealt with Rachel throughout, and she has been absolutely fantastic. She’s incredibly friendly, supportive and easy to deal with, always responds promptly and gets things sorted really quickly. I never feel like I’m having to chase or wonder what’s happening — if I have a question or an issue, Rachel deals with it and keeps me updated.<br><br>After my previous experiences, it’s been such a relief to have someone who is genuinely helpful, approachable and takes pride in providing a great service.<br><br>It’s also a great example of how a smaller, independent company can provide a much more personal service.<br><br>I’m so pleased I made the move to Roselea and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
