14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

27th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)Requested a home report in June 2023, none given. Asked my solicitor to request it, no response. Asked in February 2024 for another report and June 2023 report, no response. Spoke to one of the agents on the telephone once. He kept referring to me as sir despite me telling him numerous times I'm a Miss. Unprofessional and I feel sympathy for their clients who are using them to sell their property. They unfortunately aren't aware that they simply don't respond to requests for home reports so they're sat on the market for prolonged periods. Avoid.
25th Mar 2024 (22 days ago)When I decided to sell my house in Barrhill I consulted with the long established agent who sold the house to us, some 16 years before. He quoted a sale figure with which I was happy. I was chatting socially with a dear friend who once worked with Kevin Doyle at 'Bruach' and she suggested that I get a second opinion from them. Without even seeing the house Kevin told me that he could achieve a fair asking price, some 30(% above the quote obtained from the original agent. He and Karen his negotiator were dulying instructed., Many hours were spent with drones and cameras and within 4 days an extremely professional brochure was submitted for my approval before being lodged with 'Rightmove'. To my utter astonishment an offer was made (after viewing) at over the asking price within 5 days of hitting the Internet and the sale eventually concluded successfully. If you want an honest, accurate, objective and achievable outcome totally unencumbered by local entrenched attitudes and practices, then Bruach should be your first stop. If you want a personable, professional team on your side with a healthy dose of excellent advice leavened by good humour then you will find all of these with Kevin and Karen. I recommend Bruach without reservation and am happy to speak to any of their clients, whether buying or selling, to underpin and confirm this review. James D
11th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)If you need a credible, reliable and accountable estate agency service then look no further than Savills Glasgow. Peter and his team know what they are doing and provide the standard of service you would expect from a company at this level, easily. I cannot recommend Savills highly enough and will certainly use them again in any property sale or purchase.
5th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)I would leave a no star if I could! Do not use this firm! I can’t comment on anyone other than lynn walker! She lies and manipulation this woman does with the future of children is disgusting! How she can sleep at night I will never know… I have no idea why she wanted to work in the welfare of children the only reason I can think is the same reason why nurse Lucy letby wanted to work with children by getting satisfaction of destroying them! You should be punished in a court of law with your lies! Evil

2nd Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I emailed to request a viewing of a property that they had online. I received no reply. I then called the Troon office this morning, and had to leave a message, and still no reply. Not very good service.

20th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)It’s taken me 4 years to get here and, like just about every ancient building around, I turn up and it’s closed. At least there’s not a load of scaffolding wrapped around it, I suppose. It’s a pleasant circular walk around the reserve to get there, but even better if you park up at Threave Gardens and walk across. I’ll return for the ospreys and bring some sand and lime cement to hurry repairs along a bit.

7th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Some of the agents I spoke with have been extremely rude to me. I made a simple requests which they simply ignored and spoke to me in such a bad way. I have rented a property from them for several years now with no missed payments, complaints or any other problems. The property is good and most services are good but there manner towards customers and they way they treat you is completely disrespectful. I would not recommend using them for this reason!

5th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Wow what can I say other than Louise Gordon at 24/7 has been amazing in making sure we found the right tenant for our property in Sandyhills. Even when we were not quite ready she always contacted us for updates and for her also to keep us right and pointing in the right direction. She is pleasant highly professional and a delight to deal with, she makes you feel that we were the only person she had to deal with. Would I recommend her? 100% she is an asset to 24/7. Thank you Louise ????

15th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Well what can I say? From the first time I saw those video adverts for Montgreenan on social media I took an interest. We were looking to sell our Bungalow in Ayr. We did the usual thing got a few Agents in and listened to how they would use their resources to sell our property. Once speaking to Michael he was very knowledgeable of the local market. He understood customer expectation and the reality of going with a good price and being realistic about what we could achieve. Montgreenan aren't the cheapest but they are value for money. You can call with queries and there was always an honest and reassuring voice to smooth out any concerns. We had our first viewings booked in and got an offer very quickly. Michael dealt with all the viewings. Throughout the process we got regular updates with Montgreenan alway being very accountable and on the odd occasion visiting rather than an email or phone call. We received an amazing service and would highly recommend Michael and Montgreenan to anyone who wants a smooth and transparent sale of their Property. 5 stars to them if I could give more I would. 22nd Mar 2024 (25 days ago)Fraudsters! So friendly and professional till you give notice at the end of lease then they go all out to keep your deposit making up all sorts of claims on damage and imperfections that were already there. They're an absolute disgrace!
8th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Let Property have just sold my flat in Paisley, much more quickly than I would have expected. They took only 11 days to agree a sale from the best of the offers and as it was a cash buy everything was very straightforward after that, allowing me to beat the tax deadline which I wasn’t expecting at all. All in all very impressed with the attention that I received and the overall experience that I had. I am selling my portfolio off bit by bit just now and will be in touch later this year to use their services again. I would absolutely recommend them without any hesitation to anyone selling a tenanted property.
