She is a huge asset and will be greatly missed, but definitely Hamiltons gain. She has a very fair but no nonsense approach to ensure the tenants are looking after the properties well, whenever any small issues start to rise, she quickly nips them in the bud. Any maintenance issues are quickly sorted with quality trades and She is a very strong communicator, keeping us informed throughout. We wish her luck in her new role at Hamilton.

The team managed the sale of our Mum's house and handled her estate, after she passed last year.<br><br>The team were extremely professional throughout the process.<br>Communication was excellent and we were kept well informed throughout.<br>The service which we received was first class and we were treated with the upmost respect during a very difficult time.<br><br>Many thanks to you all.

I couldn't reccomend Hannah and the team enough. Everything was of such a high standard from the marketing down to the viewings. Our house was sold within 3 days and achieved above home report which is all down to the team at Taylor and Henderson Saltcoats. I would recommend them to anyone for buying or selling a home
27th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)"Appalling experience - Extreme professional negligence, arrogance, and harassment"<br>I highly recommend avoiding this firm. After the completion of my property sale, the paralegal, Ceitidh Bryden, demonstrated absolute arrogance and a shocking lack of professional ethics. Her communication was completely unacceptable, to the point where she even resorted to shouting at me over the phone.<br>Despite a formal agreement via email for a £200 price deduction regarding house preparation (which was successfully applied to the final settlement), this firm failed to properly update the final missives due to sheer laziness. Worse still, after the funds were legally settled and under my control, she sided with the buyer to launch an aggressive psychological intimidation campaign. They forwarded threatening emails in red text and unlawfully demanded my personal overseas address without any legal basis, strictly violating data protection principles and professional boundaries. Pure malpractice, uneducated behaviour, and zero integrity. Avoid at all costs."<br><br>Alex
7th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I just wanted to say, very early stages, but I just phoned to enquire about a property and the lady I spoke with was so knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. I have had disappointing experiences with Taylor and Henderson, who were borderline rude and genuinely seemed to have no interest in selling the properties or any information at all. I was actually dreading calling another estate agent and I was so pleasantly surprised by how good Coast were.

Tracey stood out with her personalized approach. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, making us feel like more than just prospective buyers. Their personalized approach and commitment to our best interests ensured we found a great home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 25th Feb 2026 (24 weeks ago)The agent was excellent in all aspects , it was a sale with some technical hitches which neither the estate agent, lawyer or ourselves could have predicted - the first agreed buyer pulled out of sale just a few days before exchange of contract - this caused extra expensive and acceptance a much reduced offer Disappointed by first buyer
