3rd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We recently sold our house and bought another, which was a journey in and of itself. The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!

Any repairs were dealt with instantly, and their online repair request service made everything very convenient. A special thanks to Chloe, who was always cooperative and supportive during my tenancy — I really appreciate her professionalism and assistance. Highly recommended

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

1st Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Review for Mrs. Paula & Our Landlord I want to leave a heartfelt review for Mrs. Paula from Urban, because she truly deserves it. Every time we needed something, no matter how small or how complicated, she was always there for us. She has never left us without help, not even once. Through all the repairs, the work in the house, the appointments, the problems that came up — she stood by us every single time. It means a lot to have someone who listens, who understands, and who truly cares about the tenants. Thanks to Mrs. Paula, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with kindness. We appreciate her more than words can say. We also want to thank our landlord, who has been amazing as well — truly 10 out of 10. Both Mrs. Paula and our landlord have shown us respect, patience and support, and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for always being there for us. You made a big difference.

2nd Jun 2026 (26 days ago)The pictures shown on the listing for Hornby Avenue, Wirral, CH62 are completely false Went to viewing on 29th May at 10.25am and the flat was in a filthy, disgusting condition. It clearly hadn't been cleaned or looked at since the last occupant left. The back gate outside was broken (not shown in the pictures) and the toilet was broken (not shown in pictures)
8th Feb 2026 (20 weeks ago)Marc Cox was a great choice of estate agent. Competitively priced. He told us exactly what we needed to do. Communication was fast and clear. House went under offer quickly. Would definitely recommend and if we were staying local we would use again.

Buying a house can be stressful at times, but she kept us informed every step of the way and was always quick to respond whenever we needed an update.<br><br>Her communication, support and dedication made the whole experience much smoother and gave us confidence throughout the purchase. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us get into our new home.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for all of Julie’s hard work and would highly recommend Freyja North Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
2nd Jun 2026 (26 days ago)a horrible company to work with. do not go here. useless at picking up phone calls. pass all there work to overseas virtual assistance who help you with nothing. they are a scam company, disorganized, rude and they still haven't refunded payments to me thats owed over 4 months. will take to small claims court if the payments are not cleared within the week of this review. The owner should be ashamed of this set up. I have 120 properties and worked with multiple agents over my businesses and this is by far the worst. they are a joke and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have proper compliance and insurance structurer behind there company set up. do not work with them.
