18th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I've been blown away by this fabulous company from the initial valuation to completion. Madison came out took all the photos and property was listed quickly on Rightmove. Photos were fab. I I was lucky that my proerty sold quickly. Then came Jake who dealt with things once a sale was agreed He was just a SUPER STAR. Chasing all parties, daily updates. He was the one who kept me updated at all.times. He was always very professional and such a lovely kind person. I would highly recommend this company and.wouldnt hesitate to use them again. Why pay thousands.of.pounds when we have this fantastic company on our doorsteps, at a fraction of the price.

29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!

3rd Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)I live in a highly desirable area and only had 1 viewing in 10 weeks. Communication was non existent unless I chased them for it. No feedback from the viewing either. I have now left them and gone with another agent. But feel like it was 10 weeks wasted and buyers may now think there is a problem with the house

I have been a broker for 22 years and can honestly say that the speed in which Richard has turned this matter around has been impressive! I wish you a very successful 2023!

27th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)I have tried to book a viewing twice, and both times my call was answered by an AI assistant that could not even get my name correct. While I understand the need for using updated technology, it is not working in this case. It has been over 48 hours, and I still have not been contacted in any way regarding a possible viewing."

28th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where do I start? Fridge did not work for 14 months and they attended to arrange a replacement in August 2022. This didn’t get installed until October 2023. In this time, the freezer stopped working. The Dishwasher stopped working. Our sinks were blocked from the previous tenant, the balcony doorframes were rotten, they’d lost the keys for the window in the bedroom, the previous tenant had left furniture despite it being unfurnished. They said it had “freshly been painted” and then in the inventory put “in 2017”. Then, we had a leak behind our toilet, and the toilet was constantly flushing, it took them over 2 months to address this and inflicted a £600 bill which they have refused to contribute towards. Their service is abysmal, their understanding of regulation is appalling, and I would warn any tenant off letting with Mistoria. I am approaching the property ombudsman. Edit** - The white goods were replaced after 14 MONTHS. Your response is utter rubbish.
