It was a very difficult purchase for Shari as the Vendor was very emotional about if he really did want to sell or not. Shari work so hard to balance emotions with the Vendor and me on the other side. She always kept in touch to let me know where it was up to all the way through. Great Credit to Jackson Stops.

Try your self phoning up !! Never answer phone or return any calls terrible service glad to give it to another estate agent ...
20th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I can't fault Jamie Harrison from Venmores. I called to view a flat but the tenant wasn't available for me to view it. Jamie showed me another flat in the same building & I loved it. In 5 days I'd viewed the flat & the sale was agreed. This lad moves pace at the speed of light. Be prepared to hang on for a fast ride if you deal with him. I shall be using him again in the future. Thanks Jamie

19th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We just purchased the property that was sold by Mr. Kehoe who just reviewed this Estate Agent, and from our side of the transaction Ann, Ian and their team at Sellect did a great job too. To us as buyers, they've been friendly, helpful and made the whole purchasing process a lot easier. Thanks ???? Definitely recommendable.

17th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Stephen and his team in the Crosby branch were really helpful and couldn’t fault them throughout the sale of our property. I would have no problem recommending the Crosby branch to sell or buy through. However… be warned that if you do use Entwistle Green they charge a seemingly extortionate inflated AML fee, well above what is charged by others such as solicitors to carry out these AML checks.
20th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Ball and Percival have proven to be excellent so far in my sale and purchase ,a lovely Lady that has particularly gone over and beyond helping me with the two viewings on the property I’m purchasing is Becky as absolutely nothing was to much trouble ,full of information and amazingly positive attitude,gave me the time l needed and plenty of ideas for the house . Thankyou to everyone at Ainsdale but especially Becky a credit to the company. Diane Greenwood
12th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Update. They put the rent up every year. Were slow to fix any issues. Bad attitude every time we had any contact. 4 years of this company and im finally free. Never again. I moved into a house managed by whitegates and have complained that there is rubbish in the yard left over from previous tenants or when the house was cleared. I physically can not use my bins because of this, I can't even walk in the yard because of the rubbish dumped all over the floor. I asked them to remove it and they won't schedule a time or date to do this. They say it will be done when some one is passing. Its absolutely disgusting and I have followed all the procedures correctly. They have told me it isn't an emergency and so therefore, not a problem. I will end up having to pay someone to remove it myself because they have made it very clear that they don't care. So, don't bother with Whitegates if you have other options. Their rude and just don't give a damn. I would give them a minus 5 stars if I could.

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.

26th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)Tried other estate agents in Southport to buy and sell no joy. Along comes Marc Curley auctioneer at Flexi Agent and boom.. house sold purchased another.. within 6 months. This guy WILL keep you in the loop of the process at all times. Recently widowed I was treated compassionately I would highly reccomend Flexi agent the staff are all really top of the game and so proffesional. Flexi agent stand out on their own they will get you where you need to be they're trustworthy and I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

4th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)I have just recently accepted an offer on a house with North Wall Property and this is now proceeding, on the market and sold within a week - which is fantastic. I was apprehensive at 1st contacting estate agents as I had never done this process before but as soon as I met with Karlee to discuss my needs, it was clear to me that North Wall were very customer focused and Karlee was considerate of my needs as it has been a sentimental journey for me due to selling my late Mum & Dads house. Karlee revisited me to answer questions I had and talked me through the process and communicated very well with me. I felt comfortable with Karlee as she took time to hear my story with the property and showed an interest without being intrusive. It has been a much easier process by having block viewings done and I was lucky enough to have 9 offers from a weekends viewings, this has saved a lot of time and energy for all. Communication from the office has also been excellent along the way, particularly from Holly who has helped me with the offers and has been on hand to answer my questions. Laura also was very informative when I needed to know more about what to consider with the offers coming in. (A shout out to Mark the photographer also as he was very sensitive to my story and took time to chat and answer questions also - thanks Mark). As the house sale proceeds, I will do another review of the overall outcome - to inform others - as North Wall Property reviews were a useful tool for me when choosing what estate agent to meet with and use. Thank you for all of your help and support so far everyone!

His advice throughout was invaluable in what became a very pressured sale. Everyone in the company used their expertise to complete the transaction and we had every confidence in their work. I cannot think of any other agency where you have direct access to the company directors. Both Alex and Fran are not only professional, but also approachable and trustworthy at all times. All the office staff are exemplary, but a special mention for Molly whose hard work and determination knew no bounds. At no time did we ever have to initiate contact with the office , because they were in touch almost daily with information and device. Well done Find You Eden and many, many thanks. We would have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding company.
10th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I instructed Curlett Jones to sell my house after being on with another agent for 6 months, Wayne visited me and was very enthusiastic about my property and gave me truthful and honest advice along with a strategy to get sold. they sold my house in 3 weeks for the asking price and my only wish is that i instructed them sooner. Very easy to communicate and obtain time sensitive responses. Unlike some other Estate Agents I have recently delt with. Even out of hours emails and messages, above and beyond . Seems very well managed and a friendly environment for clients, which sounds obvious but not always the case
