10th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Very poor and unprofessional service. When they first posted the advert for my apartment they got the details wrong with the number of bedrooms, fees etc…. They are very difficult to get hold of and when you get through on the phone they are ver defensive and unapologetic. Communication on progress and visits is none existent. After 2 months of having my property on the market with them, their customer service team called me to enquire about my feedback as to the recent valuation they carried out and why I chose not to go with them to sell my property. I had to remind them that I did choose them and to look at their own system to see so. Happy I have now moved to move residential

The property advert listed was inviting to potential buyers and a sale was agreed (STC) in a short period of time. The valuation figure was not acheived, not sure whether that was acheivable over a longer period on the market or set slightly too high.

5th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Currently in the search of my first home and so far have had a fantastic experience with the CW Crosby team. From timely updates, calls, impeccable communication and follow ups, I can tell this office is ran fantastically. I've had the chance to communicate with many estate agencies across Liverpool in the last month as I have a good idea of what I'm searching for and not so set on a particular postcode, and I can absolutely tell that the CW Sales team has been standout compared to competitors from the region. In particular last week I viewed a property with Angela in L22, and from the moment I walked in, there was so much attention to detail. The property was clean, lovely presented, the heating was on (little touch but it matters a lot as it helps the buyer envision living there). Angela provided excellent advice, some visionary suggestions, which were tasteful and considerate to highlight the potential of the property. She had answers to my questions and built a nice story around it, even when the property had its drawbacks - and that's the real strength of an agent. It's not just about opening a door, it's about making the buyer feel like you're working for them, not the seller, while simultaneously strengthening the seller's position. Angela and the office then followed up quickly with the information I requested. Regrettably, the property itself is not for me, though I truly wish it was, as the Crosby office would've been great to work with from initial impression (and I did love being in the property). I would certainly hope that something similar comes up and I do end up buying through the CW Crosby office. Compared to about 10 other agencies I've spoken with, they're standout by far.

6th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)Recently just sold and completed on my sale yesterday with Whitegates. I found the whole process a smooth from start to finish. We were first time buyers when we purchased so we had never been through the whole selling aspect. I was very impressed by the photography (even though I was a pain on the day sorry James!) I used Whitegates recommended solicitor called Simply conveyancing and also found them brilliant. They were initially a little more expensive than others but the whole concept of their app completely changed our process. We used a local solicitor 2 years ago on our purchase and all I can say is it’s definitely worth the extra. Massive thankyou to Christian, James & the team!

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.
10th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Stay away from this agent.Was renting a flat for 3 years,did loads of improvement pay with my own money,never late with rent.Now lm fighting for my deposit to be return because one wall was paited to "dark" and owen not clean. Lorrain very unprofesional and lying about stuff ,no anwsers to emails,playing victim when confronted,make sure you get all in emails not over the phone to have a proof!Should be zero star rating!!!

He was professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process very seamless. I could tell that he really loves what he does and this instilled trust. 27th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Everything went as smoothly as possible with excellent communication, expert knowledge and guidance and proactive marketing throughout the process leading to a quick sale at an asking price that was higher than any suggested by other agents. I would very highly recommend Kuavo.

2nd Jun 2026 (26 days ago)The pictures shown on the listing for Hornby Avenue, Wirral, CH62 are completely false Went to viewing on 29th May at 10.25am and the flat was in a filthy, disgusting condition. It clearly hadn't been cleaned or looked at since the last occupant left. The back gate outside was broken (not shown in the pictures) and the toilet was broken (not shown in pictures)
30th May 2026 (29 days ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.

2nd Jun 2026 (26 days ago)a horrible company to work with. do not go here. useless at picking up phone calls. pass all there work to overseas virtual assistance who help you with nothing. they are a scam company, disorganized, rude and they still haven't refunded payments to me thats owed over 4 months. will take to small claims court if the payments are not cleared within the week of this review. The owner should be ashamed of this set up. I have 120 properties and worked with multiple agents over my businesses and this is by far the worst. they are a joke and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have proper compliance and insurance structurer behind there company set up. do not work with them.
