From the viewing on Monday to receiving my keys on Thursday, the whole process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free.<br>Jude was very helpful, professional, and supportive throughout. 4th Sep 2026 (23 days ago)I was skeptical about finding a new home in real time, and one that I might love and would accommodate my family.<br><br>I reached out to Clive Watkins after I saw their advert on RightMove. Danica Merner reached out to me and quickly arranged my house viewing.<br><br>She arrived on time, was friendly, professional and dealt kindly with us. I loved that the house viewing wasn’t a group viewing (I hate those). When we expressed interest in renting the house, she reassured us that we can sleep over our decision and she will call us back the following day to confirm our interest.<br><br>She reached out as promised, started the referencing process and ensured that it was finalised in a timely manner. When things don’t go as planned, she constantly reached out to us and communicated promptly.<br><br>When we raised issues that needed fixing, she promised to follow those up. I would recommend Clive Watkins and Danica any day.

She was professional, supportive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she managed any issues calmly and efficiently. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and worked hard to achieve the best outcome. We’re very grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling a property.

Christine was fantastic at pushing our home out to get viewings, and once sold STC Kate and Anne-Marie were amazing at sorting out all queries and also navigating and feeding back to me everything going on in the very long chain. What was a very stressful move really was eased by the staff at Alastair Saville and we really can't thank them enough. If you're selling they 100% work for you every step of the way, and when buying every query you have they are so responsive and helpful couldn't of asked for better. Thanks so much everyone for getting us into our new home, has been a crazy few weeks but definitely worth it! If we ever decide to move again we'll definitely be back. 10th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Stay away from this agent.Was renting a flat for 3 years,did loads of improvement pay with my own money,never late with rent.Now lm fighting for my deposit to be return because one wall was paited to "dark" and owen not clean. Lorrain very unprofesional and lying about stuff ,no anwsers to emails,playing victim when confronted,make sure you get all in emails not over the phone to have a proof!Should be zero star rating!!!

I would not hesitate in recommending for selling or purchasing

16th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Keir, the Findyoureden represtative ,that visited us was well prepared and very personable young man with all the information regarding the valuation of the house, he explained the process clearly and concisely and left us with all the information to allow us space to make our decision, Once we decided he returned within a week and did all the photographs which were professional and represented our house in its best light. Within hours of it going on sale we had 3 viewings and as we had booked a holiday we left them to do all the viewings while we relaxed on the beach, genius?????? Before the week was out we had had 2 offers and ,after a last and final offer, accepted a very good price, over our expectations, Throughout the process the communication by all the team has been superb. All information and help was given promptly and when I asked for advice I was given clear answers that really helped. I couldn’t give a high enough recommendation of the whole team to a prospective seller. Thankyou you’ve all been brilliant

10th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)An absolute nightmare!<br><br>We enquired about a potential investment property with a tenant already in situ and decided to make an offer.<br><br>We were told that the tenant had been living in the property for a long time and had always paid the rent on time. However, when the process started at the end of March, we asked for proof of rental income and that’s when everything changed.<br><br>We were then told that the landlord was actually in the process of evicting the tenant because they had stopped paying rent.<br><br>The agency and landlord were clearly aware of this, but this was never mentioned to us until we specifically asked for proof of rental income. Had we known this from the beginning, we would never have proceeded.<br><br>Unfortunately, by that point we had already paid a deposit and invested a significant amount of time into the purchase, so I decided to continue. Due to the eviction, the process was heavily delayed, but we eventually managed to exchange and complete on the property.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, we repeatedly asked the agency to arrange a viewing of the property, but they showed very little interest in doing so.<br><br>Once we finally gained access to the property, we discovered several issues, including problems with the electricity and gas supply and a front door that was not working properly.<br><br>Because the eviction issue was not disclosed to us upfront, we ended up losing over £3,000 dealing with the consequences — including finding a new tenant, agency fees, maintenance and other costs.<br><br>The whole experience was extremely frustrating and could have been avoided if the agency had simply been transparent from the start.<br><br>I would not recommend this company to anyone.
