The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!

He has taken the time to explain the entire process clearly and thoroughly, which has really put me at ease. Jamie genuinely listens to my needs and has gone above and beyond to support me at this stage of the purchase. He’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Knowing I have Jamie’s support has made what initially felt like an overwhelming process much easier, and I couldn’t recommend Jamie and Venmore highly enough.<br><br>I'd also like to give a special mention to Jordan in the post-sales team. Once my offer was accepted, the process took over six months and became incredibly stressful. Throughout it all, Jordan was always there to support me, answer my questions, and provide reassurance whenever I needed it. Jordan single handedly kept me sane! His kindness, patience, and genuine care made such a difference during a very difficult time. He is an absolute credit to Venmores, and I'll always be grateful for everything he did to help me through the process.

Ann went above and beyond to reassure the seller of the house we were buying that we were working as quickly as possible to get things resolved. It all worked out in the end. Huge thanks to Ann for keeping things on track and going above and beyond, and to Ian for his help at the start and throughout. Highly recommend using Sellect Homes.

31st Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Unfortunately, my experience with this letting agency has been very disappointing.<br><br>After moving out of the property, I was faced with a claim through Zero Deposit that I believe was unreasonable. Charges were raised for cleaning and rent that I do not feel reflected the condition of the property or the circumstances involved.<br><br>I found the process frustrating, as I felt there was little consideration given to the fact that some issues mentioned were already present when I moved in and that the delay in returning keys was explained due to a family bereavement.<br><br>Communication throughout the process left me feeling unsupported, and I do not feel the situation was handled fairly from a tenant’s perspective.<br><br>I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photographs, and all communication throughout their tenancy.

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.

17th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
