Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.
29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!

Buying a house can be stressful at times, but she kept us informed every step of the way and was always quick to respond whenever we needed an update.<br><br>Her communication, support and dedication made the whole experience much smoother and gave us confidence throughout the purchase. 2nd Jun 2026 (26 days ago)a horrible company to work with. do not go here. useless at picking up phone calls. pass all there work to overseas virtual assistance who help you with nothing. they are a scam company, disorganized, rude and they still haven't refunded payments to me thats owed over 4 months. will take to small claims court if the payments are not cleared within the week of this review. The owner should be ashamed of this set up. I have 120 properties and worked with multiple agents over my businesses and this is by far the worst. they are a joke and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have proper compliance and insurance structurer behind there company set up. do not work with them.
