20th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.

Best agents I have ever dealt with - communication was second to none, checking in all the time, updating, calling in when I was sick to check on me ! way above and beyond. Totally professional, ensured all 3 knew my property inside out - just fantastic, open, honest, transparent - absolute pleasure to have dealt with them and if ever I sell again, they will be who I chose hands down.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza. Will be recommending her to anyone that asks!

20th Dec 2025 (19 weeks ago)Elliots Estate Agents (Gemma & Adrian) worked tirelessly to ensure a challenging sale / purchase chain to be completed. Highly professional and very friendly, ensuring confidence was received throughout. The energy of Adrian was amazing, continuously working the sales / property reviews was instrumental, providing constant feedback. Once offers were made, Gemma ensured the purchase communications were received and supported the legal process throughout. Without her support, the sale / purchase would most likely still be going through the legal battle. Advertising photos were professional taken and supported the sale marketing, which resulted with an agreed offer to be accepted within 5 days on entering the housing market. Thankyou Gemma & Adrian, your support & services really appreciated.

9th Nov 2025 (25 weeks ago)I got the impression this estate agent puts your details on rightmove and then forgets about you until someone enquires about it. Communication is non-existent, had to chase them about getting feedback from each viewing. Initial meetings were great, but as soon as the house was put on the market, the communication stopped.

23rd Apr 2026 (12 days ago)We have had such a good experience with Phil from Anderson Briggs Barwell. We had 4 different estate agents come and value our property and we decided to proceed with Anderson Briggs and get on the market. Everything was so quick and efficient, the photographer came out and had the house on the market within 1 day. Communication was all through WhatsApp and was very speedy. We did have a situation where we had to take the house off the market and then speedily put it back on (through no fault of Anderson Briggs) but after requesting it to be put back on, it was up again within 2 hours - at 8pm at night! Although we never actually sold our property with Anderson Briggs (we had to pull out, again no fault of Anderson Briggs), we’ve had the best experience with Phil and Remi. When we need to use an estate agent again we will definitely be going back to these guys.
