They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
1st Apr 2026 (5 mo. ago)William was fantastic and guided us through the whole process, would definitely recommend him as he had a depth of local knowledge and awareness of the market to get his valuation almost spot on and made selling our property relatively pain free and quick.
14th Apr 2026 (24 weeks ago)Pinkroc estate agent put in a lot of time and effort to ensure only the right buyers viewed the property, no time wasters, was always professional and friendly and helpful. Communication was outstanding, I was kept up to date at every stage. I would highly recommend them. Unlike the national estate agents, I felt I received a personal service.
