29th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Difficult to judge when you have had little traffic to view the property with no explanantion as to why? Was it the wrong time of year, was it the advertising (little evidence)? Value for money, we spend nothing. The agency was friendly but lacked in keeping us informed.

29th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)The agents we spoke to were very friendly, approachable and professional. They supported us to help us get the price we wanted for our property. Marketing was really good: the house was on their social media platforms and on Rightmove. I couldn’t recommend them more!

28th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)When I initially emailed about a rental property, the response was quick. When it came to my viewing however, I was 7 minutes late due to car trouble and general traffic - I notified the agent 30 minutes ahead of my viewing slot that I may be late. When I arrived she was rude, didn't provide any information on the property, rushed me and in general felt like she didn't take me seriously. She claimed that my email re: my lateness wasn't received - I insisted that it was, she then checked her junk email and found it, and didn't at all apologise for the rude assumption. Overall, I wouldn't recommend at all, I felt like I wasn't taken seriously due to the fact that I am a young renter (24), the customer service is very lacking and the communication was subpar at best.

Moving agents and being paired with the incredibly experienced Charlene was a complete game changer for us.<br><br>From the moment Charlene became involved, her experience, knowledge and expertise really shone through. She understood the property, knew how to market it effectively and, most importantly, knew exactly what needed to be done to get things moving.<br><br>Her professionalism, communication and determination made such a difference, and within a relatively short period of time, we achieved the sale we had been hoping for.<br><br>We honestly couldn’t recommend Charlene highly enough.
