28th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)When I initially emailed about a rental property, the response was quick. When it came to my viewing however, I was 7 minutes late due to car trouble and general traffic - I notified the agent 30 minutes ahead of my viewing slot that I may be late. When I arrived she was rude, didn't provide any information on the property, rushed me and in general felt like she didn't take me seriously. She claimed that my email re: my lateness wasn't received - I insisted that it was, she then checked her junk email and found it, and didn't at all apologise for the rude assumption. Overall, I wouldn't recommend at all, I felt like I wasn't taken seriously due to the fact that I am a young renter (24), the customer service is very lacking and the communication was subpar at best.

Sue was so easy to deal with and goes way and above what you would expect from an estate agent. Can not honestly recommend anyone else I’d rather have look after my house sale. Again thankyou to Sue and everyone else in the office.

2nd Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)We put our house on the market with a view to downsize. Hathways came in at our request, took the pictures, did the measuring and arranged for a hear test. Within a few days of being on the market, we had a call to say someone wanted to view it. It was at that point the reality of the situation hit home and my wife decided that after 40 odd years here, she could not give it up. We took it off the market and Hathways were very understanding about it, made no charges against us. Hathways acted in an exemplary and highly professional manor for which we are very grateful and would recommend anyone to use their services. Thank you Hathways.

(23 reviews)18th Apr 2024 (6 days ago)Having moved from Cardiff I first met Donna Stone lake when I needed to look at a Bungalow in Cwmbran..I found Donna very friendly and understanding to my needs and nothing was too much for her as I asked to see the property more times than most people...I was moving from Cardiff and on a few occasions I was not on time for Donna due to traffic never a moan just said take your time..I had a lot of questions which were always answered very quickly and in a friendly way which made me feel relaxed about the Purchase..I could not have asked for a more Professional Person to help me through the whole Purchase I had looked at many other Properties with other Estate Agents but No One Person excelled like Donna did...
