18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.

27th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)I recently completed the sale of my parents house. This was done through the ystrad mynach branch of Peter Mulcahy. June, Helen and Sue guided me through the process. There were many advantages to using this local estate agent. Having already done a probate valuation for me, they knew that the house was coming up for sale. The moment it went up they had a buyer. When this sale fell through, due to no fault of theirs, they immediately had another buyer. When I needed an electrician, a gas engineer and a house clearance they recommended trustworthy, reasonably priced local people. Apart from making the sale very easy they are also nice people, which always helps. If you are looking to sell your house I wouldn't hesitate to use Peter Mulcahy, ystrad mynach branch. Thanks ladies.

From the very first meeting through to completion, the whole team was professional, proactive, and genuinely friendly. They kept me informed every step of the way, offered clear and honest advice, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, manageable and a pleasurable experience. Their marketing was excellent with a beautiful video and lovely photographs, the communication was always prompt, and they were incredibly supportive during negotiations right through to the final stages. What really stood out was their personal approach. Every member of the team cared about getting the best outcome for me, and it showed in the result. I would highly recommend Archer & Co in Usk to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you so much for all your hard work — I am truly grateful!
27th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)What a fabulous experience! Customer service at its best. I have dealt with Northwood Cardiff estate agents recently regarding an issue with a parcel being wrongly delivered to one of their letting properties. It would have been quite easy for them to ignore my initial email as my problem was totally my fault and I don’t actually use their Estate Agent Services - but this was not the case. Jodie went out of her way to try and solve my problem - she responded to my emails promptly; was polite and friendly and came up with a fabulous solution. Such service - for someone who isn’t actually using their services, has really impressed me. Jodie has reinstalled my faith that there are some fabulous people out there keen to do good. All I can think is how lucky people who use their estate agent services are - as they must be being very well looked after and getting top notch service. If you are looking for an estate agents that really cares about its customers and genuinely want to help no matter what the problem, then Northwood Cardiff Estates Agents is the one for you. And Jodie is undoubtedly an asset to the company.

Professional and great at getting people through the doors, he was available when I needed him, including on weekends and as on top of chasing the buyer and following things up. Having dealt with a few estate agents during the process of moving house who were nowhere near as competent, I would firmly recommend Red Dragon.

9th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)House been on the market since June 25 only had 3 viewings. Sold Feb 26. No contact from m2 on to tell us when viewing was booked No updates at all in-between, where as other estate agents offer weekly updates.

He would be the first estate agent I’d recommend to anyone looking to sell their home. Steve is an outstanding agent who truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He accommodates viewings outside typical working hours, offers communication via WhatsApp, and will keep you updated with properties that meet your search requirements. His communication is second to none — something you just don’t receive else where. Steve is the most proactive estate agent we have come across, who is highly knowledgeable and genuinely invested in what you want in your search for your home. Whenever we asked for his professional opinion on properties, he was always open, honest, and clearly understood what we were looking for. I would 100% recommend Steve to anyone looking to sell their home.
1st Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I originally went with another estate agent to sell my property. After a year of unsuccessful viewings, very little or no feedback negative or positive was received despite asking regularly. I decided to take my property off the market for a few weeks and then decided to try Flying Keys. What can I say? From the start Flying Keys were professional in everything they done from the initial valuation on 18/08/25 with Ryan, 27/08/25 photos and measure with Dan, 1st viewing 03/09/25, with Kian, 22/09/25 offer made and accepted. I was added to the owner app Street where I was informed and updated at every stage from beginning to end. Kian assisted every viewing until the sale was finally completed 31/03/26. Kian was and is a wonderful, polite, friendly young man who in my opinion Flying Keys are lucky to have as part of their team. I definitely recommend Flying Keys to anyone who are thinking of selling or buying their home. THANK YOU ??

27th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Althought the property was not right for us he was supportive and provided us with relevant information about the area and the current state of the market. I would have no hesitatiion in recommending his services to other potential buyers or sellers.

As many others can agree, buying your first home can be very nerve wracking, daunting and stressful, however with the support provided by this lovely company, our experience was very much opposite and was positive and exciting. The agents were very welcoming and they are very informative when we asked any many questions about the home and the area. They were at hand 24/7 and were always chasing things up for us without us having to ask. We couldn’t recommend you enough!! And are very happy in our new home ??????
9th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market. From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this. Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it. All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine. Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage. On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent. To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings. I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them. The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout. I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.
