They understand the local market, did a really professional job with the photos and video for the marketing, and regularly updated me on viewings and outcomes. Thanks to their excellent advice, we sold my Dad's property at the end of November 24. The team are friendly, professional and excellent at their job. There is no need to look elsewhere!

They provided a realistic valuation and a brilliant marketing strategy that attracted buyers.<br>Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. David kept us updated every step of the way and chased up our solicitors to keep things moving smoothly. Selling our land was stressful, however, David made it feel less so, providing an excellent sounding board throughout. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area!

He even stayed past his finishing time on a Friday to help me move a few bits around to take pictures of my house to put it on the market. A credit to the company.
