26th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)My x partner went to view a rental property and basically because she was on benefits with a disability they wouldn’t even entertain the idea of her renting this property , it is still available she was given an application form to fill in but was told not to fill it in yet as there still waiting on someone that enquired 3 weeks ago but hasn’t got back to them yet . Equality act 2010 is not being followed by this company. We will be reporting this to the ombudsman.

29th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Not a good idea. Did very little. They get paid whether they sell or not. Not really any incentive. Had to pay even though they achieved nothing. Save your money and go with a estate agent who earns their fee for selling your house they only get paid for their results so they work hard to obtain the best result for you

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to accommodate my requests. I viewed the property I eventually purchased several times, and each time the staff were more than willing to arrange access and answer any questions I had. Their patience, support, and willingness to help made the whole process much easier and less stressful. Having dealt with several other local estate agents during my property search, I can honestly say that the staff at Your Move were by far the most obliging, supportive, and customer focused.
