22nd Jun 2026 (6 days ago)I'd strongly advise against even making an initial enquiry with William H Brown. Once they have your number, sales people will call you several times a day, even after you ask to be removed from their list. Sleazy and incompetent.

8th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)This company delayed my tenancy checkout because their own agent was unable to attend the scheduled appointment. Despite the delay being entirely of their making, they then attempted to charge me additional rent for the extra days they had imposed.<br><br>I find this behaviour completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility for their own scheduling issues, they tried to pass the cost onto the tenant.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this unscrupulous agency and look elsewhere. Trust and fairness are essential when dealing with an estate agent, and unfortunately, I found neither here.

I would highly recommend James for anyone looking to buy a house with Sowerbys Norwich- 30th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)By far the worst estate agents I've ever had to work with, and if I ever see their name again, I'm running in the opposite direction! They seem to forget this may be just a job for them, but for us it's our lives. Couldn't get hold of them for information, but when they needed something from you, it was a different story! If you have the choice, there is Whittley Parish, a much better alternative.

The agent, John, appeared 20 minutes late, did not greet us on arrival, and immediately made it clear that he was short on time and said it would have to be a quick viewing. As prospective tenants, it’s hard not to wonder why a viewing was scheduled at all if viewing times aren’t adhered too and you’re treated like an inconvenience. The viewing felt rushed from start to finish, and many of our questions about the property could not be answered. This experience was a disappointment for us as we were strongly considering it as a property.
