19th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

From initial conversations and all the way throughout, it's been absolute professionalism from all the staff. A great experience all in, and I'd happily use their services again should I ever need to.

24th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Excellent service throughout, from initial contact to discuss prospects, possible prices and costs, through to finalising the sale of the house. Friendly and professional at every stage with absolutely no pressure applied. Sales materials, from really well-wriiten text to superb videos, including drone footage of the property and surrounds, were outstanding. Good at helping manage the sale, discussing useful changes and following up and reporting back prospective buyer interests and dislikes. I can't imagine the process being handled better. A big thanks to the area director Allan and manager, Seona.

21st May 2026 (30 days ago)Colin at Remax Carluke helped put our late mother’s house on the market and made the process a lot easier than expected and made us aware of everything we needed to do. Unfortunately we had a couple of hiccups along the way with sales falling through but Colin always kept us updated and informed of what was happening.
