17th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Maybe it’s just the state of the market but no buyer after 8 months. Feel the valuation was unrealistic but was elevated to persuade us to go with them
14th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Constantly having to chase them up to get new tenants in. Towards the end on one tenancy, after hearing nothing I phoned up and Aaron said "oh would you like us to list it to get a new tenant?" WHAT? Not a good experience.

With their guidance we found things a lot easier to understand. Full marks to Harvey Robinson who i would highly recommend.

18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had no clue they were advertising our property they did so WITHOUT our permission. They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
