Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

23rd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
28th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)I'd just like to share my experience with this company. I rented a beautiful cottage through Hix at a very fair price. It was a dream come true for me. I was there for roughly 6 years. Hix were the nicest most accessible and responsive company to work with. It helped them that I took good care of the cottage and in return they treated me with the greatest respect and actioned any jobs quickly. The only reason I left my lovely cottage was because I met a lovely lady and we set up home together and we're still there. If I had to rent again, Hix would be my first port of call. Thanks ladies!
1st May 2026 (6 days ago)What an awful experience trying to get members of staff to call you back & to get feedback from buyers absolutely woefull! Didn’t do nothing hardly to sell my property just sat back & waited for buyers to contact them.
8th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Failed to communicate at all after the first two weeks being on the market with them. Failed to contact us when potential buyers wanted to view. No communication even at the point of cancelling our contract with them. Just totally apathetic
