Rachael, well there are no words good enough to explain the help that she gave me. She was my rock through all this and went more than above and beyond for me. If anyone is thinking of using this estate agent then go for it you will not get a better service from anyone.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

6th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)We recently moved into a rental property through Whitegates and found the whole experience delightful. Nicola was very helpful from the start with the initial viewing and then again at the second viewing, The whole application was straight forward and we were updated throughout. Even on move in day Nicola went out of her way to accommodate as well as bringing us flowers and chocolate's to enjoy in our new home.

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
