6th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I would rate 2Roost Estate Agents as average overall — you get what you pay for. They initially valued my property around £25,000 higher than what it eventually sold for, which I found disappointing and unrealistic. The staff were friendly throughout the process and the photographs they took of the property were very good. However, I felt the overall service lacked experience and professionalism at times. On one occasion, my front door was left open overnight due to carelessness, which was completely unacceptable. I also felt there was little flexibility with viewings outside of standard hours, as evening appointments after 5pm were not really accommodated or proactively discussed with me. In addition, some of the offers put forward to me felt unrealistic and far below expectations. While the service was not terrible, it was fairly mediocre overall. Looking back, I probably would have chosen a more established estate agent, even if it meant paying slightly higher fees. Ultimately, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys — lesson learned on my part.

21st Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)Having approached 3 estate agents to value the property I was most impressed by the work undertaken from the outset by Steven Goff. Although not the cheapest in terms of commission they seemed more professional than the competition. Since placing the business in their hands I have been extremely impressed by their work in relation to organising everything such as viewings and marketing and updating me at every stage. I have been most appreciative of the work undertaken by the whole team and in particular Lauren.

The end to end process was only 12 weeks from us viewing the house to completing and moving in! A special mention to Erin who dealt with us right from the beginning and made sure everything progressed quickly and efficiently. She was always very responsive and helpful and not to mention extremely polite and kind! I would definitely recommend William H Brown for anyone looking to sell or buy a house!

As none of our family live in or near Sheffield his experience and knowledge were invaluable. We also really appreciated the friendly and professional way everything was handled - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

The service provided was amazing and the added package of solicitors included really worked well for us. The photographer who came did a great job with the photos! Would 100% recommend the team at crystal peaks.

Ewe move will always be a first choice if we are to move again and we will always refer them to a friend who is moving. To finish off the sale we was handed a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***
15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

7th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)The house we were selling was in a village, old and quirky, this narrowed the market down considerably. After being on the market for some time, with the occasional time wasters and the let's have a look around someone else's house this weekend people, some friends who have rental properties suggested Butlers. Dave and his team turned out to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly, The property was on the market again for some considerable time, due to the unusual quirky property, Dave and his team stuck with it, he sometimes looked as fed up as we were, but it all worked out well in the end, thanks for sharing the slog, Dave and your merry band.

He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. Secondly, with Phil you'll get a very professional and personalised service - EweMove also charge very competitive rates, so you will do well to find an all-round better package than this (I don't think you will) I'm a perfectionist who can find fault in most things, but I couldn't fault Phil. My house was sold and a memorandum of sale issued to all parties in ONE week. In addition, I was not living at the property or in the area at the time of sale. Phil went above and beyond meeting surveyors at the property and also the buyer to measure up for furniture. Absolute first-class service from start to finish. Do yourself a favour and avoid the usual high street chains and give Phil a call. It's literally like having a trusted friend sell your house for you. Thank you Phil !! ????????????

They told us if there was anything changed or something was happening they would let us know. We have been waiting 2 days to hear if any update has changed. Today I rang to see if anything has happened and they told me that the landlord had chosen someone for the place. They hadn’t even told us about it, and told me on the phone sorry for not calling. Me and my partner had been getting our hopes up as it was the perfect suitable Home as we have 2 kids! Not happy as they can’t keep you updated when they tell you they will.

26th May 2026 (24 days ago)recently started looking for a rental property and Elysia was by far the best agent I had contact with. If a property I was interested in had been taken, she called me to let me know straight away, and let me know of any suitable properties available and she put me at ease during the whole process. I had applied for a more than one property over several estate agents, and Blundells application is heads and shoulders above the rest. Within 30 mins of completing my application, it let me know I was accepted - other agents had sent out photocopies of forms to fill in, which, even with working in IT, I found very difficult to do and almost gave up on them.
