Had an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend.

Constant and regular communication throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

26th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Our house was on the market for over 48 weeks with Reeds Rains(RR) in that time we had 2 viewings, yes the timing did not help with Truss and then mortgage and utility rises but I can count on one hand the amount of times RR called they did not offer any support, whatsoever. The only times I spoke to them was when I went in and when they advised that we had viewers. I did say they needed to have an out of hours mobile which they could take in turns to take home, until about 9pm - because if no one turns up for a viewing on Saturday morning (which we had) there is nobody to contact until Monday morning. Absolute rubbish service!

Paul came out to value our home, he was very friendly, open and approachable. Once we made the decision to put our home up for sale Paul worked quickly to get it on the market as soon as possible (even working on a Sunday evening). Within a week of going on the market we had sold our home. We could not be happier with this company and would 100% recommend them to others.

1st Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Firstly I’d like to say this is my 2nd time using haybrooks at crystal peaks , i had such a smooth and easy experience buying of them the first time I decided to use the best for the sale of this house ! Rachel .... wow amazing ! I messaged her on the Saturday she came and did the pics on the Sunday and on the market the Monday ... the advertising was amazing and we had so much interest based on the fantasise marketing Rachel did .. moving on the Haley ,, what a star , she was amazing at organising all the viewing we had booked in and kept me calm when I thought it was all getting a bit crazy ! She held my hand when I needed it and kept me on track with all the 2nd viewings .. we sold in 4 days and I can honestly say we couldn’t have done it with out her !! Shes such a warm and friendly person but so professional with the way she conducts herself And just puts you at ease , nothing is to much for her and I’m so grateful for everything she has done and still is doing for us ?? Thanks for everything ladies xx Rebecca

Paul was very pleasant, and realistic about what to market my property at, and discussed the best strategy to sell. The pictures were great and very thorough. Sharon kept me up to date with the process and was always lovely on the phone, and she regularly made contact with both myself and the buyer. I would very much recommend New Oak Estates to those house hunting and selling, and if i move house again I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again
