6th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I would rate 2Roost Estate Agents as average overall — you get what you pay for. They initially valued my property around £25,000 higher than what it eventually sold for, which I found disappointing and unrealistic. The staff were friendly throughout the process and the photographs they took of the property were very good. However, I felt the overall service lacked experience and professionalism at times. On one occasion, my front door was left open overnight due to carelessness, which was completely unacceptable. I also felt there was little flexibility with viewings outside of standard hours, as evening appointments after 5pm were not really accommodated or proactively discussed with me. In addition, some of the offers put forward to me felt unrealistic and far below expectations. While the service was not terrible, it was fairly mediocre overall. Looking back, I probably would have chosen a more established estate agent, even if it meant paying slightly higher fees. Ultimately, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys — lesson learned on my part.
16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We rented with 1st Fields for almost 8 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Any issues we had were immediately addressed and communication was always prompt. If you're a clean tenant and punctual with the rent, you'll find no better letting agency. Connor and Holly x

The online advertising created immediate interest in the house and updates from the office kept us constantly in the loop. Jane and both Ellie's made the whole process clear and straight forward. Thanks ladies we would certainly recommend your services to others.You did a great job.????????

The service provided was amazing and the added package of solicitors included really worked well for us. The photographer who came did a great job with the photos! Would 100% recommend the team at crystal peaks.

The whole team has been professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything we’ve needed. A special mention has to go to Debbie, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout. She is warm, approachable, and genuinely cares about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her kindness and professionalism really stand out. 21st Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)Oz was absolutely brilliant from the moment we met til the day we handed over the keys. Always answered any email or calls within a day (even when he was on holiday). Ewe move will always be a first choice if we are to move again and we will always refer them to a friend who is moving. To finish off the sale we was handed a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***
15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance. The communication was fantastic, by text and email, we were kept informed of everything by Lauren, our dedicated contact in the office. We're now looking forward to a smooth process through to the exchange of contracts. We are very happy we made the decision to go with Morfitt Smith, they have been so friendly, professional and efficient in what is potentially a stressful time, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. Secondly, with Phil you'll get a very professional and personalised service - EweMove also charge very competitive rates, so you will do well to find an all-round better package than this (I don't think you will) I'm a perfectionist who can find fault in most things, but I couldn't fault Phil. My house was sold and a memorandum of sale issued to all parties in ONE week. In addition, I was not living at the property or in the area at the time of sale. Phil went above and beyond meeting surveyors at the property and also the buyer to measure up for furniture. Absolute first-class service from start to finish. Do yourself a favour and avoid the usual high street chains and give Phil a call. It's literally like having a trusted friend sell your house for you. Thank you Phil !! ????????????
