6th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)I would rate 2Roost Estate Agents as average overall — you get what you pay for. They initially valued my property around £25,000 higher than what it eventually sold for, which I found disappointing and unrealistic. The staff were friendly throughout the process and the photographs they took of the property were very good. However, I felt the overall service lacked experience and professionalism at times. On one occasion, my front door was left open overnight due to carelessness, which was completely unacceptable. I also felt there was little flexibility with viewings outside of standard hours, as evening appointments after 5pm were not really accommodated or proactively discussed with me. In addition, some of the offers put forward to me felt unrealistic and far below expectations. While the service was not terrible, it was fairly mediocre overall. Looking back, I probably would have chosen a more established estate agent, even if it meant paying slightly higher fees. Ultimately, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys — lesson learned on my part.
16th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)We rented with 1st Fields for almost 8 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Any issues we had were immediately addressed and communication was always prompt. If you're a clean tenant and punctual with the rent, you'll find no better letting agency. Connor and Holly x
14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)?????<br><br>I cannot recommend Katie Cox and the Blundells Rotherham team highly enough. From our first meeting, Katie was professional, positive, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. Her valuation was backed by detailed market research and a really clear rationale and she got it absolutely spot-on. Our house attracted huge interest immediately and sold at asking price within just four days.<br><br>Katie kept us informed throughout, from photography and marketing to viewing feedback, offers and the performance of our listing across Rightmove and OnTheMarket. Everything was transparent and clearly explained.<br><br>Selling while returning to work after adoption leave could have been overwhelming, but Katie was a constant, reassuring presence: responsive, encouraging and completely committed. By the end, she felt like a genuine cheerleader in our corner. The wider team were equally well-informed, which says a lot about Blundells’ culture.<br><br>Katie is an exceptional agent with a very bright future ahead of her. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone selling their home.
6th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was referred to William H Brown after a good experience with Bagshaws. Unfortunately this wasn't a good experience. They charged me a "1% but fixed" fee for the sale (5k +VAT). They then listed my house for 475k. When I realised this I asked how the fee was calculated, they failed to provide details yet insisted it was "based on 475k". So they are actively trying to rip off their customers or can't do basic math. Ive cancelled and moved to another agent and halved my fee. Would not recommend.
22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I have never known a company as efficient as yourselves. The communication is second to none. Paul's been absolutely fantastic. I was really worried and apprehensive about selling my childhood home.<br>The journey has been seamless with the help of Paul.<br>I can't believe how professional and supportive Sue and Paul have been throughout the process.<br>What I thought would be a daunting task selling my Mums property after her passing couldn't have been any simpler.<br>I would have no hesitation at all recommending this company to anyone.<br>Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

7th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I don’t usually write reviews but felt i must after the amazing service i have had from Redbrik in Crystal Peaks.<br><br>From the initial valuation through to the negotiations and completion all members of staff i have dealt with have been extremely professional and friendly.<br><br>Special mention to Louise who helped steady my nerves with her excellent communication in the latter stages.<br><br>I would throughly recommend this company.<br><br>Thank you for all you did

Mark was available for advice same day ring back.Bartons got the viewers in every week chased feedback which helped us evaluate where we was in the Market. AFtersales great advice and help ?????? Above expectations they took the stress away handled my house sale their experience.in the field 5 star Also what I found Georgina is very approachable professional she and Bartons work 100 % to get your house Sold. Roy the guy that takes the viewers round your house is great as I have cameras was able to see what was happening and he gives viewers the information he knows about your property and he a salesman who tries to point out all the good things which helps with the Sale whilst be very productive with pushing the house forward above all great at his Job.Redbrik - Crystal Peaks, Sheffield

Andrew (sales progressor) never heard of his role - yet now i have been dealing with Andrew - all estate agents should have this role, to keep things (progressing) and smooth for all involved. From start to finish she was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, making what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. She was always approachable, quick to respond to any questions we had and kept us informed throughout the whole process. As first-time renters, we really appreciated her support, patience and guidance, which made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the process We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful for all her help in getting us into our first home together! The whole team has been professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything we’ve needed. A special mention has to go to Debbie, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout. She is warm, approachable, and genuinely cares about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her kindness and professionalism really stand out. 21st Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Oz was absolutely brilliant from the moment we met til the day we handed over the keys. Always answered any email or calls within a day (even when he was on holiday). Ewe move will always be a first choice if we are to move again and we will always refer them to a friend who is moving. To finish off the sale we was handed a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***
29th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)????? Some people make you feel at home before you've even moved in. When I first met Martha, it was a rather gloomy day. The weather wasn't particularly welcoming, but her smile was all the light and warmth I needed. From that very first moment, she made me feel genuinely welcome. Today, I met Spencer again, and he was just as wonderful. He patiently listened to all my questions and requests, helped me take measurements around the house, and went out of his way to make things easier for me. Not once did I feel rushed or that I was asking for too much. My experience with this agency has been truly different. It's rare to find an estate agency that genuinely cares about your interests and makes you feel like an old friend rather than just another customer. Moving to a new town and starting a new chapter can be daunting, but Martha and Spencer have made the whole experience feel warm, reassuring and exciting. Thank you, Martha and Spencer, not just for your professionalism, patience and help, but for the humanity and warmth you bring to your work. You haven't just helped me find a house. You've made me feel welcome in a town I'm about to call home. And that means more than you know. ??

He knew everything about the house, went into detail in each room, simple things that other estate agents don't mention such as the age of the windows etc. Was also able to answer every question.

However, I firmly believe it would have taken a lot longer if Lincoln Ralph had not proactively frequently liaised with all parties involved to push the process on to a satisfactory conclusion. A special thanks to Michael and all the team.

Arabella and Jordan have both been kind, friendly and professional, and have always been quick to solve any problems or answering enquiries. Would definitely use this agencies again!
27th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Thank you to Andrea, Liz and the team at Dinnington for all your help, support, patience and perseverance whilst dealing with the sale of a loved ones property. It was a very lengthy process due to shared ownership but that was nothing to do with Reeds Rains who were excellent throughout. I would highly recommend this amazing team who absolutely did there best for us at all times, whilst working hard to quickly sort out any unexpected hold ups which cropped up and also for keeping us informed all the way through.
