R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.
1st Apr 2026 (19 weeks ago)William was fantastic and guided us through the whole process, would definitely recommend him as he had a depth of local knowledge and awareness of the market to get his valuation almost spot on and made selling our property relatively pain free and quick.
